"Did a great job, and promised a lifetime warranty free parts and labor if any repairs were ever needed.  I did have a few occasions for repairs, got an appt not more than 1 week out and all was well.  One of the blinds broke last week, I stopped by to make an appt and was told that a service call was still free, but there is a separate "trip charge" of $50.  I can avoid that charge by bringing the blind by, but still a repair will take two weeks.  Without a blind in 90 degree weather on a western exposure window. 
To make it worse, I just bought another blind from them in November 2013 and was promised the same free service for life - today they told me that the free service is for the first year, and then a $50 trip charge applies.  I am so very unhappy.

They inspected for a cause of the problem and fixed it, most likely preventing a repeat of the issue. They have a handy app to show when they will arrive once they are en route. "We got 4 bids for our project and Charles bid was right in the middle of the pack. He had a 9 month lead time when we hired him and we had to put 25% down to hold our spot. It was radio silence for the next eight months which was little disconcerting. I actually texted him 6 months in just to make sure he hadn’t run off with our money (he hadn’t). If you want someone to talk you through each step and hold your hand you should probably look elsewhere. If you want a respectful and knowledgeable professional who takes great pride in his work, then look no further. Once our turn came he was very patient with us and spent as much time as we needed to pick out tile and fixtures, taking us from store to store. He also worked around our schedule to begin work on our son’s bathroom while our son was out of the country to minimize disruption. He has a great relationship with his sub-contractors who always showed up when he said they would and stayed until their job was done (almost midnight for one part!). On our project, Charles right hand man was Justyn, who more that makes up for Charles’ lack of communication. Justyn was very personable and considerate. He never made us feel like a question was a bother and seemed to actually enjoy answering them. Justyn was worth his weight in gold. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, Charles had to lean quite heavily on Justyn during our project, but he was more than up to the task. We had one light fixture that took almost 3 months to ship. When they came to install it, about 2 months after everything else was completed, we gave him a list of minor issues that caught our eyes during the wait and Charles arranged for them all to get fixed without batting an eyelash."
