That also went under the house to replace a small section of galvanized drain pipe with a plastic pipe.Our kitchen drain is draining great. It turns out that the vent in the drain was plugged. "Travis and his team were absolutely awesome. From the moment I first spoke with him on the phone about the issue, I felt like he was trustworthy. I had called him for a 2nd opinion on a kitchen drain pipe that was blocked and traversed the entire floor of our finished basement. We had to pull up the flooring, jackhammer in through the basement concrete, replace the pipe and put new concrete. Executive Drains did it quickly and very well, and mostly importantly, with great communication throughout. Highly recommend!"

"Plumber did a good job, but took almost 4 hours to connect 6 small pieces of plastic pipe. Then used a restrictive pipe for an air gap and water flowed all over everything. The original air gap utilized a 7/8" rubber hose, which was already connected and changed to something that would not work. There was no replacing anything, as all the old plumbing was eliminated and just required new plastic pipe. The time for this job was outrageous for a job that was an hour max and the price? well...785 dollars for this? Never again will we use D and F, this price is outrageous for such a small job....."

"Henco showed up when they said they would and they performed the work we asked them to do. They did a good job with the replacement of the pipes. The water flow improved throughout the house and the drains were functioning much better - no more water backing up in the hall bath tub when the washing machine was draining. The Sheetrock work was the weak link in this job. In places the sheetrock replacements looked good, but in some spots the work was sloppy and they did not clean up very well after they completed their work."

"Our existing septic tank was only a few years old, but the associated drainfield was failing and required replacement. Due to a small lot, our options were limited; but rather than a huge and unsightly bottomless sand filter, we opted for a less obtrusive (but expensive) treatment unit and pumps along with the needed replaced drainfield. Cory was very helpful in explaining complex options and costs."

The only problem we really had was that they didn't call for a locate for where they were going to dig and actually didn't seem familiar with the need to do that."
