"I WAS HAVING AIR BUBBLE IN THE TOILET AND THE WATER WOULD DRAIN OUT. .THEY CHECKED EVERYTHING OUT AND SAID MY PIPES IN THE HOUSE WERE NOT CLOGGED HOWEVER AFTER SCOPING THE SEWER LINE OUTSIDE FOUND MY LINES HAD SETTLED CAUSING THE ISSUES. "Henco showed up when they said they would and they performed the work we asked them to do. They did a good job with the replacement of the pipes. The water flow improved throughout the house and the drains were functioning much better - no more water backing up in the hall bath tub when the washing machine was draining. The Sheetrock work was the weak link in this job. In places the sheetrock replacements looked good, but in some spots the work was sloppy and they did not clean up very well after they completed their work."

Antonio was the project manager and he was fantastic. Answered questions, explained the process, and made sure we were ok with what they were doing.
