He was able to identify the source of the problem (which was not straightforward), cleaned and fixed a broken exterior underground drain (with Nu Drain). He even identified and fixed another displaced drain connection, and installed a cleanout at the exterior of home. To his credit, Sean honestly told me I didn't need a plumber, but I needed someone to replace or fix the fiberglass. He was honest and did not do work that was unnecessary. "Travis is great! I had received a call on the 23 of December that our renters' toilet and disposal were clogged. I called another plumber and they said that the only day they could come was on the 24th Christmas eve day and that I would have to be there for the duration of the inspection to see what was going on. Within 1/2 an hour I got another call, Travis was at the house and had diagnosed the problem(s); both were caused by renter neglect.
