"Travis is great! I had received a call on the 23 of December that our renters' toilet and disposal were clogged. I called another plumber and they said that the only day they could come was on the 24th Christmas eve day and that I would have to be there for the duration of the inspection to see what was going on. Glad I did. The technician was very pleasant and he took his time to explain all the steps he was doing and let me watch as he put a camera down the drain and showed me on the screen where the clog was and all the build-up in the pipes. He then brought in a high pressure washer and I watched on the screen as he cleaned the pipes all the way down to where it joined up with the main sewer line. I initally thought the estimate was a little high, but not after watching all that they (his supervisor also showed up after an hour to help out) did."
