Sean was great! Besides being totally helpful, timely, knowledgeable, and simply doing a great job, his chill and friendly demeanor was enjoyable. No issue was a problem for him, and the problem (installing a new water heater was doing super fast.

Drain Clog or Blockage Clearing
They came out promptly, which we appreciated. But before even assessing the problem, they immediately tried to sell us a protection plan, which felt overly sales-driven. Then they quoted us $800 just to run a snake and a scope down a drain we explained we had already done ourselves ? we called because we were looking for other solutions. Then the technician went back to his car, forgot which house he was at, and started knocking on our neighbor?s door instead. For a company this large, the whole experience was? not great.
