They put steps back up something wasn't quite right, they came back out and corrected it and made it right.

I had my crawl space encapsulated earlier this year. Theyâ  re friendly, honest, prompt. They call/text each day before arrival. Iâ  ve hired them for 2 other projects since then.

They had good communication, showed up on time, were very knowledgeable on this and advice for future projects, professional and friendly.

They did a great job replacing a patch of our cement.

Upfront Construction replaced the insulation and vapor barrier in our crawl space. They were really great to work with from the initial estimate to completion. We were able to get them scheduled quickly and they worked with us on the costs. The crew that did the work was friendly, kept us informed of additional issues, and cleaned everything up well. Would definitely recommend!

They had to completely drain and repair my crawl space including adding a sump pump. They did so in a timely manner and at a very reasonable cost. They explained exactly what needed to be done and answered all my questions. They were all very professional including the office staff. I would highly recommend them!!!

This website wont let me specify what was actually done - it was far more than an inspection. The crew jackhammered out a section of basement floor, installed a drain pipe and sump pump, special channel and a kind of vinyl wall covering to direct any wall seepage to the drain and then the sump pump. They had to install a discharge line and connect it with my exterior downspout drain system. I am not a perfectionist, but I have very high standards. I learned not to take the lowest bid, but go with the company that most seemed to know what they were doing, had great reviews, and weren't trying to talk me into more than I needed. I was 100% completely satisfied with Upfront Construction. They are reliable, trustworthy, and do excellent work. Zezar was so smart and really knew his stuff; inspected the job, taught me the pros and cons of various choices, and was in regular contact with the crew, even coming back to consult with the crew so the discharge line connected to the exterior drain line seamlessly. The crew headed by Lucas, and ably assisted by Joe and Gus were outstanding. Professional, hard working, genuinely pleasant to interact with, and left the house spotless every day of a three day job. Last but not least, Melinda was excellent in her communications, paperwork, all that, which I truly appreciated, it isn't always like that. I highly recommend Upfront Construction, they can do many more things than the work I needed done, and I plan on hiring them again as I continue [slowly] renovating a 97 year old house. The best!

They had to replace gutters that had not been installed properly, install wire mesh, and new facia boards to keep rats out of the walls. And it worked! They had to cope with some poor work that others had done, and we are very happy with them. Zezar is delightful.

We are extremely happy with Upfront from the initial call, estimate and completion of work they handled our job ethically, professionally and with a smile! We had two other contractor come in with crazy estimates (one contractor didn't even look in our crawlspace) our estimator diagnosed our problem had a new pump ordered and installed within 72 hours! We highly recommend Upfront Construction and will most certainly call again should the need arise! Thank you!

Zezar, Antonio and their crew worked very hard. They waterproofed our basement, putting in drainage system, wall covering, sump pump, external drains, and dehumidifier. All the work was done professionally. Their bid addressed everything we wanted done (no other bidder addressed all our concerns) and was still reasonable and competitive. They were very responsive to every question we had. We highly recommend them.

Having spent fifty-six years in Construction prior to retirement, I was very pleasantly surprised at the expertise displayed by 'everyone involved', and the management of this project, from inception to completion. A 'solid' quotation. A firm timetable. Open to 'suggestions'. Attentive to concerns. A crew that displayed care for the 'surroundings. A crew that was diligent. We were amazed at the cleanliness that was afforded. A positive experience.

They were very professional and did and excellent job. They installed new vapor barrier, re-insulated pipes and built a door to enclose the crawlspace, which helps curtail heat loss. This was well worth the cost and I highly recommend them.

I was very impressed with everyone from this company. Professionals, clean, punctual, reasonably priced and the owner even came to inspect while work was being done. Highly recommend!!!
