Quality of work and customer service were excellent.

Was able to do the job soon and quickly. Slightly high on the bid compared with others but was happy to pqy to have it done asap.

The service that I got was excellent he came out appraised. The situation immediately gave me an honest bid and completed the work reinstated. The landscaping in addition added an extra shut off switch so that if it ever broke somewhere between there and my house again, I would be able to shut it off immediately. It was a very pleasant man and exceptionally professional. I highly recommend him.

Complete project quickly with high quality

Charles and Lane were great to work with, they took the time to explain things as they went and did a thorough walk through at the end. My wallet hurts but these two made it bearable.

This company actually called us to schedule an appointment within minutes of the service request . They set up a same day appointment, diagnosed the problem, left and picked up a perfect replacement faucet and installed it that day. Charles was great explaining what was wrong, promptly got the part and was was genuinely a nice person. We will use them again.

They gave the most complete bid with the least exclusions and explained their work most completely. Their team showed up on the day promised and completed the work orofessionally

CAME TO MY RESCUE JUST A FEW HOURS AFTER CONTACT WAS MADE. VERY EFFICIENT! SOLVED THE CLOGGED DRAIN PROBLEM IN A MATTER OF MINUTES!!! Service was accomplished!

They installed a new proper sized washing machine hose instead of telling us we needed a new drain line; also installed a new toilet in less that 45 minutes. Everything works perfectly. They were friendly, reasonably priced and even worked on Saturday for no extra charge. Nice people!

Came to the rescue within a few hours. Courteous, informative and efficient.

They got the blockage cleared out right quick and we scoped the line all the way to the sewer in the street to ensure there wouldn't be any other surprises. Hopefully we'll never need them again but if we don't they'll get our repeat business.

Landon arrived right on time the day after I first contacted them-2 1/2 hours later the job was finished! Awesome!!!

Very efficient work cleaning out the sewer. They had indicated the person coming could also look at leak detection but when he arrived said he couldn't. Other than that work on the sewer was great.

Very thorough

Amazing same day service for a leaking water main. After discovering water flowing from our meter box at the street and having the City of Portland determine the issue was our responsibility, I quickly reviewed my options for repair work. Based on very positive reviews, I called Service Plus at 7:30 AM and Jessica was able to schedule Landon for later that day. Landon was awesome â he let me know when he would be arriving, put on protective gear when he entered our home, quickly identified the issue and explained the situation to me. He repaired the problem, cleaned up the area and provided me information about our existing water line and potential concerns for the future all in a very professional manner. Nobody likes to be faced with an emergency home repair but working with an outstanding service company makes all the difference. I would highly recommend Service Plus and will certainly look to them for any future needs that come our way. Thanks again Landon for providing such a great experience.

Landon was quick to respond and did the repair much sooner than I could hope for. He answered all of my questions patiently and was very upfront about what was needed, he also went beyond my expectations with his attention to detail in the finish work and going the extra mile to see that all my concerns were met.

Got water in the kitchen and traced it to the water heater pipe inside the wall. Email ServicePlus Plumbing late that night and got a call back the next morning. Alex came out in the afternoon and assessed the damage and fixed the leaky pipe. While at it, Alex also replaced my 20 yrs old water heater for good measure. Landon the owner came later to help Alex and got the job done that same day, along with some good advices. Jobs were done well and efficient. Thank you!
