"The team at John's Waterproofing was professional and punctual. I was satisfied with the whole process, from the bid to the actual work. They installed a sump pump system in my basement with an 80' trench along the wall. It was needed since my basement was taking on 150 gallons/day during the worst of last winter. The main reason I used John's was that my friend has used them for his house in SE Portland and raved about them. When the crew of 3 guys came in, they worked almost non-stop and completed the project in one-day. I was happy with the result and would hire them again (but I won't have to since they guarantee their work for life). Also, I did my own demo work to prepare the wall and will repair it on my own. This allowed me to save a lot of money. I thought they did a good job mitigating the dust, but there was still some dust left over. To me this is completely reasonable. Anytime you do demolition and construction, there will be some dust, but it was well contained."

Antonio was the project manager and he was fantastic. Answered questions, explained the process, and made sure we were ok with what they were doing. They showed up at the time designated and called if they would be late. Communication was very good. Shout out to his helpers, Daniel, Jesse, and Kameron.
