"Mr. Nash is a family owned business that operates according to principles that are reflective of that. I used Mr. Nash a couple of times 2 or 3 years ago to keep my old oil furnace running and was completely satisfied. When I decided to install a new gas furnace and central air, they were the first company I called. My intention was to get at least two estimates, but the one I got from Rich, one of their employees, was so thorough and so fair that I didn't call anyone else. Rich is not only a great guy, he is completely trustworthy - we gave him a key to our house and the code to our alarm system, and he did the work while we were out of town. He took out the old furnace, installed the new one, installed the air conditioning unit, put in some new duct work, cleaned everything up and hauled out the old furnace, and did an excellent job on everything. He guarantees every aspect of his work, which was outstanding, and he came back a couple of times to make adjustments to the air conditioning, etc. Everyone at Mr. Nash is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Phyllis, who runs the office, is great. Andy, the son of the owner, has all of the expertise one could ask for, and he came out with Rich to make certain that all the setting on both units were exactly right. "Our old gas boiler/furnace quit working at the end of January. Roth was very responsive to our dilemma and sent Dale Johnson, Service Technician, to inspect and assess the situation. Dale determined that various parts would need to be replaced, but because of the age of our boiler, parts were no longer available. We made the decision to replace it. Lisa obtained the necessary permits, and Dale continually updated us on status, removed the old boiler and installed the new one in record time (just before the deep freeze hit Oregon). They also arranged for the county and state inspections. Dale was very professional, responsive and conscientious throughout this project, I would highly recommend Roth Heating & Cooling."
