Technician and mechanic Justin was very congenial and solved our non-functional garage door issues. Got us up and running with a more powerful and quiet running belt drive Liftmaster. Very satisfied with his work and hauled off the old wore out components.

Great responsiveness and work.

The work was excellent, the price included replacing all the tracks and the torsion springs. And the installer fixed up the sensors on the existing openers so they were working normally. He also checked all the adjustments and made sure things were working perfectly.

OC Garage Doors could not offer a next day estimate as they were busy, but they were worth the wait. Their tech, Dave, was most helpful and gave an honest opinion of the life left in the door and the cost of repairs vs replacement. I went with repair which was done there and then in no time, and at a reasonable cost. I recommend this company.

The technician was on time and after seeing the old Craftsman style unit - he initially recommended replacement for the cost/benefit... After looking at the unit closer - he thought the unit looked brand new and said it would probably be better to replace the broken down sensors (which is the reason the door wasn't working in the first place). $168 of service versus $400 new - and the unit should last a long time.

Provider made an appointment to come out & assess our needs. We were able to look at & choose garage door style, color & make-up. Provider also recommended type & brand of new opener as our was 20 years old. We made an appointment for the work to be done and the technician was on time. The removal of the old door & opener went quickly & the new door & opener were put in within a 3-4 hour time span. The new door is very nice & greatly improves the look of our property. We would recommend this provider to anybody who needs a new garage door and/or opener.

He arrived on time, explained what was needed, and efficiently performed the repair and service.

They were fine. They came out right away and took care of it. They did a good job.  It was raining and the rain was coming in the garage. The cost of the service wasn't wasn't bad. It was around $125. They were fine. He came out, did his stuff and left. He did a good job. They showed up right away. He was on time.

Went great. They showed up at the scheduled time. He fixed the door, tuned up the tracks, wheels and spring, installed and wired a new opener. Even installed a new switch on the other garage door that wasn't broken (the old one was just a single button but the new one turns on the lights and lets us lock the door). Very professional, friendly, and honest. Pleasure to do business with.

Everything was good. However, he did suggest that we replace the entire door. I declined and the door is still working just fine. I am happy with their service and will continue to use them.

Dave showed up at the exact moment they'd promised. He was very professional. We had never had the door checked (we didn't know one needed to) since we had it installed, maybe 15 years ago. He found several things wrong and fixed them all. He told us how often to have it checked (every 2-3 years) and how to know if something was wrong. He also taught us how to open it manually if needed without ruining the door.

Dave did excellent work in service and set up of my garage door. He was very knowledgeable in evaluating what was required given my requirements. His service report was very detailed indicating the quality and condition of the door, work that was done, and with a big  "Thank You" written on the report. Great job.

Oregon City Garage Door has consistently serviced our garage doors for years after bad experiences with other contractors which gave us inflated bids for simple garage door repairs over the years. Luckily, I rejected those bids and decided to contact Oregon City Garage Door and the owner comes out right away and gives an honest, fair bid for high quality work. In one instance the cost was half what the first contractor quoted me.
This time my 20 year old garage door was severely cracked in a number of places after my teenager closed the garage door on me as I was pulling my car out of the garage and it hit my car. As the garage door is original to the home and 20 years old, it is no longer manufactured, but the owner was able to devise a creative way to reinforce the panels with steel beams and it now works perfectly, even with the automatic garage door openers, all for under $200. The owner came out the day I called and the door was fixed within days. I could not be more pleased with the work and the price and always enjoy working with this company and feel comfortable that they are trustworthy.

Our installer on the home garage door with opener was amazing. Brian took his time and perfectly installed the door and opener. We will be installing the second garage door on our new shop and are confident we will get the same expert install. Dealing with anyone at Oregon City Garage Door is refreshing as they are customer service oriented and are truly wanting to make the buyer's experience a good one. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

The old very heavy garage door was falling apart and wouldn't open completely. It hadn't been used in years. The "man" door was functional but in need of repair. I usually get 3 bids for house projects but after meeting and talking with Ryan I was totally confident that Oregon City Garage Door would do a great job and they did! From the office manager to the installers I had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. They were prompt, courteous, took the time to respond to all my questions and concerns, explained about how to maintain the doors, installed 2 good-looking doors and cleaned up. The garage floor cement was not level and there was an small opening under one side of the door. They returned to adjust the strip on the bottom of the door to hide the opening.
