The owner was there from the first inspection and quote, worked the project with his team, and performed the final inspection to ensure it was up to both my expectations -- it actually exceeded expectations -- and to his standards. The team treated the house like it was their own. That type of care and commitment to the craft resulted in me being thrilled with the outcome.

Ricardo and his crew did an excellent job for me installing two velux skylights with remote controlled shades. They were professional, courteous, and fast. The price was reasonable. I highly recommend this contractor.

They have done an amazing job of keeping our roof up-to-date with repairs, weatherproofing, replacing old materials and making sure our roof is ready for the winter. They have helped to prolong the life of our roof, and when it is ready to replace, we will most definitely use this company. Further, Ricardo is prompt, polite, always explains what they are doing, and gives exact details on pricing which is fair and reasonable. Ricardo Gallegos and his crew are amazing. His explanation of the issues that I had were very detailed and demonstrated great proficiency in all aspects of the problem. The work was done a few days sooner than originally planned, due to rain in the forecast, indicating that they cared about rain getting onto the opened roof in the middle of repairs. I was impressed by the skill, expertise, and experience displayed by Ricardo Gallegos in identifying and patching a leak that appeared in our ceiling above the roof dormer. While there was a small issue on the roof itself, the primary leak source was identified as failed caulking and siding areas on the dormer itself. Richardo has knowledge of both roofing and siding and in talking with him about the issues and repair job it was obvious he really knows roofing, siding, and how water interacts with both. Other roofing companies only found the small issue on the roof and missed what turned out to be an obvious siding gap and other failure issues that was right above the drip point in the area of the leak itself.

Ricardo came out to see the repair I needed. He called me later in the day with a quote for the work. He and his crew came and did the repair. I was really pleased with the efficiency and quality of their work. They were good to deal with and I definitely them!

Ricardo returned my inquiry quickly. He came out the same day. They identified the problem and provided a temporary fix. They came out a week later and did the full repair. Because we havenâ t had any further rain we wonâ t know if the repair was successful until the next rain, but I have confidence in their work.

Ricardo, found the cause of a sag in my newish roof. It was a cracked rafter missing a support beam. He and his team were able to install a new beam and support it and the existing beam. It was a difficult job due to a very low interior space. His bid was competitive, and completed the project quickly. He and his team were amiable to work with. I would highly recommend Ricardo and his company.

Ricardo was great. We received a very fast response for a quote. We had a leak in the valley area. They got on the roof, checked things over & provided a quote that included photos of what they believed were the problems. Gave us our options and the cost differences. Ricardo & his crew were professional, fast and did a very through job with an excellent clean up. We didn't have to do anything after they left. Would hire Ricardo and his company again with no second thoughts.

Was prompt on request and did competitive pricing

Ricardo and his team are the best! We originally hired them to clean the moss off our roof. They were the only ones who got on the roof before providing a quote which was lower than all of the others we received. Ricardo took pictures to show us what was going on up there. After cleaning the roof he let us know about concerns they encountered while doing the job. He gave us his opinion and some options which included repairing the roof or replacing it along with the pros/cons of each. After they finished cleaning the roof we hired them to replace part of our fence. Once again, excellent job! A few months later we contacted Ricardo for quotes to repair or replace the roof. He once again provided us with fair quotes. We decided to replace the roof and Ricardo and his team started the job the next day. Once the shingles came off, the team found that some of the plywood needed to be replaced and most of what was up there wasnâ t nailed down properly. Ricardo kept us informed about other things they encountered and provided pictures and recommendations along the way. We really appreciated the thoroughness of the job they did and their attention to details. We are positive Ricardo and his team have saved us money in the long run. And we loved that they took pictures of everything as they encountered issues. The customer service, responsiveness, work ethic and thoroughness are outstanding. We will definitely hire Ricardo and his team again and will highly recommend them to anyone who has construction work that needs to be done.

Ricardo and his team were very professional and went above and beyond to get the job done. With the installation of four solar tubes we got a lot more light in our staircase/ landing area. We were so happy with their work ethic we asked them to also repair the roof and add a doggy door- two other projects that were pending in our home improvement list. Highly recommend them.
