"Had a sprinkler system installed on about 1/3 of an acre in the spring of 2022 with a 3 year guarantee. They were prompt about coming out, giving an estimate and taking a payment. Poor communication following the install regarding operation. Problems with water reaching all areas of the grass were downplayed. After repeatedly not answering texts or phone messages I was berated by Mr. Hawk for being "Mr. Difficult". I ended up buying and changing 3 sprinkler heads so that water would reach everywhere and eliminate brown spots. Terrible customer service !"

After my spouse and I fell ill over the summer, we had to let the yard go, and it took us a long time to recover so we never had enough energy to catch up. By the time we called Robert, we felt embarrassed of our yard and anxious to get it resolved.
