"He was there the next day after requesting service and finished it up quickly. Prices are very reasonable compared to other plumbing companies I have used in the past. "They fixed the leak and put in a sump pump and water trench. The basement leaked 2 more times afterwards, but they returned to correct it right away. We were responsible all 3 times to repair the drywall and wood landing at the bottom of the stairs,so I called saying that I should not have to keep fixing those thing over and over. The CEO of the company called back and came out to the house himself to inspect. He had his people come out to the house again to do more that he felt would fix the problem for good, as well fixing the drywall and landing at no cost. It was a frustrating experience, but this company and it's CEO stood by thier work and made it right. I would use them again."

"My basement was getting some water in a corner during a heavy rain and I was able to have that corner repaired and also have a sump pump installed that can communicate with my phone and give me alerts to my phone if something isnâ t working properly. The new sump pump alone was worth everything."
