"Homeowners beware. This company does not do what they say. They destroyed our yard and gave reassurances theyâ d be back to fix and finish the job. Nothing was done and about 50% was done of what they were paid to do. We are trusting people and paid in full as we were assured they would be back to finish and clean up and fix the damages. No. Kyle is extremely unprofessional and certainly not trustworthy. His excuse now after letting time run out with the BBB is that we wouldnâ t pay in full if it wasnâ t correct. We were scammed by this complany. He now acts like and actually said we are trying to swindle money from him. That couldnâ t be further from the truth. All weâ ve asked is for him to do what he says. Itâ s a shame that people and companies like this exist. His attitude on the job site is beyond rude and unprofessional. He would barge into our home with out knocking to the point my wife was uncomfortable being home when he was there. Protect your friends and family from this awful company."

"Everdry came to my home for a consultation, where we discovered a mold issue. We were informed that they would eradicate it, fix the leakage issue, and waterproof the basement. Upon learning this, we accepted their bid on July 28th. We were originally looking at starting the process in October, but they persuaded us to start on September 17th and offered us a lower price to start the process earlier. I felt like they were being pushy, and I was not prepared for them to start that soon. On the day they showed up, I was going to take some time to clear the area myself, but they were being aggressive and told me that they didn't have time for that. Malachi was supposed to walk me through the process, but he never introduced himself to me. On day two, my home health aid witnessed the workers smoking weed on my property. They also destroyed my lawn and did not dispose of their waste. They didn't let me know that they were leaving for the day or anything. On day three, they claimed that they were wrapping up the project. I finally met Malachi, but he still did not formally walk me through the process. He didn't explain anything to me, but he demanded that I sign their paperwork. I refused because I was not satisfied with the job that was done. I asked to speak to his superiors, and he verbally accosted me. When I checked the work myself, I noticed that the leakage issue was not resolved. I spoke to Ted from Everdry, and he admitted that the work they did was subpar. The following day, I spoke with Ted's superiors, and he also sided with me, but they did not offer a reasonable solution. I felt like I was being discriminated against because of my neighborhood. I also feel like they violated me and my property."
