The service was GREAT! Ryan did and amazing job. I needed my daughter's basement steps done in a timely manor to surprise her when she gets home from Japan (job relocated her for 3 months). I called Ryan and he came out right away and he gave me an estimate. He added me to his busy schedule and he would come over in the evening after working at some of his other jobs to help get the steps ready for my daughter. He is a timely person, his work is phenomenal and he cleaned up each day he worked. The steps look wonderful and the transformation is jaw dropping. We will be getting him to do some floors at our home. You can't go wrong with Prime Flooring and Home Services. Ryan puts pride in his work, he is very thorough, his estimates are excellent and he gets an A++++ rating.
