He listened to our concerns, clearly explained all of our options, communicated throughout the entire process, and had four different quote options for us within 15 minutes of looking at the areas we needed work (new sump pump install with back-up battery and fix a broken outflow pipe). He was able to start the work the same day and finished by lunch time! He treated our property with care and respect. He took before and after photos of all the work and sent those to us for our records. He also walked us through all the equipment before he left. He did a great job explaining why the current sump pump was insufficient and what improvements should be made. He also walked around the exterior of the house to inspect it for any signs of foundation issues, and he spotted a tiny crack in the brick that was hard to see--that's how thorough he was!  He explained what we should be concerned about and what was due to normal aging.

When he finished his inspection, he set up a mobile office with a laptop and printer on the kitchen counter.  He was able to complete the report on the spot and provided the hard copy of his report before he left.
