"Logan Services did a great job from beginning to end. Our propane furnace started failing after 25 years. I had the company out that installed it and they were able to get it to limp along, so I was not in an emergency situation and could shop around. I called five companies and had two more respond from a internet request. Of the five, two never returned a call. One came out and never did get me quote. Of the four bids I got, Logan Services was in the middle. I spent time with each person that came out and talked about what would be best. They arrived at 10am and didn’t get finished till 8:30 in the evening. It was a long day for them, but took time to answer my questions as we reviewed the thermostat programming.
