"Logan Services did a great job from beginning to end. Our propane furnace started failing after 25 years. I had the company out that installed it and they were able to get it to limp along, so I was not in an emergency situation and could shop around. I called five companies and had two more respond from a internet request. Of the five, two never returned a call. One came out and never did get me quote. Of the four bids I got, Logan Services was in the middle. I spent time with each person that came out and talked about what would be best. We decided to go with a dual fuel system with propane and a heat pump. The installers Ben, Chris and Ryan reviewed everything before starting and showed me how to work the new thermostat when they were finished. They arrived at 10am and didn’t get finished till 8:30 in the evening. It was a long day for them, but took time to answer my questions as we reviewed the thermostat programming. Having owned my own business for 25 years, I know the type of service and standards that I want and the people at Logan Services really delivered."
