"I had an issue where my sump pump failed and my basement was flooding.  I called Greg and explained my problem and he had one of his guys out to my house in about an hours time (which I thought was excellent especially after the huge storm we had and I'm sure there were many others with my same problem) Randy was the plumber who fixed my issue, walked me through what he did to my sump pump so I would be able to try and fix the problem myself if it happened again.  They also brought a sump pump in case mine needed replaced.  Even though they would have been better off the replace mine from a business standpoint, Randy explained to me why that was not necessary and was able to answer all the questions I had with an exact response.  I have had issues with my pump before and just put in a bigger 3/4 HP sump pump last year.  Randy even took the time to walk me through what I needed to do to re-route the exit of my pump to take the water away from my house.  I did this and it has completely resolved my issue.  (My sump pump was re-circulating the water it pumped out the side of my house)
Once I get around to finishing my basement, I plan to use these guys to install a battery back up sump pump for the added insurance and peace of mind.  I found my new plumber with these guys!

"They came out quickly and replaced my sump pump and back up sump pump. They were professional and knowledgeable . I was happy with the quickness of their response and the installer. "I had OBA install outdoor french drains and new downspouts a couple of years before they waterproofed my basement. They were the only company I could find who did it all. Basement waterproofing included removing old, putting in new: full inside perimeter drainage, enlarge sump pit, 2 sump pumps, I-beams and carbon fiber straps. Added in brand new: battery backup for sump and vapor barrier on most affected wall. When my basement got wet a year later after the work was done, they didn't hesitate to schedule someone to inspect. If was heavy condensation, barely a thin puddle compared to 2 inches of flowing water. They had to rework a 6 ft section and add cement around the I-beams, each on their own call outs. They didn't charge because I have a lifetime warranty, transferable to the next owner. I'll be working with them again soon for a professional level dehumidifier."

He did a great job explaining why the current sump pump was insufficient and what improvements should be made. He also walked around the exterior of the house to inspect it for any signs of foundation issues, and he spotted a tiny crack in the brick that was hard to see--that's how thorough he was!  He explained what we should be concerned about and what was due to normal aging.

When he finished his inspection, he set up a mobile office with a laptop and printer on the kitchen counter.  He was able to complete the report on the spot and provided the hard copy of his report before he left.
