They are overpriced, did not take proper precautions to protect our carpet, promised us professional carpet cleaning, then sent out two of their guys with rags and a shop vac to “clean” the carpets. Then we were told it’s not policy to send out carpet cleaners, and that we’re on our own. We were promised 4 different things involving quality of the project, none were done. This place is a total scam, and has SERIOUS communication and misinformation issues internally. Would never use them again. All they did was open up walls, spray some stuff, made a mess, and left us to handle any problems stemming from their lack of attention to detail, and crappy policies.

The mold remediation was performed successfully. The sump installation and basement wall waterproofing was completed but required a return visit to fix an issue that showed up after the job was signed off. That work was completed without additional charge. The people there now are much more reliable that the previous workers. I would now recommend this company to others needing this kind of work.
