United Plumbing & Electric

We hired United Plumbing and Electric to add an additional electrical circuit upstairs and correct an old 1950’s era back feed in our Oakwood home. They took on the job quickly and did it in one day despite working through a finished basement. They did have to cut a couple of holes in the plaster walls for the electric, but their paint crew was able to come out a couple of days later to texture match the original walls with our paint. Overall they did a great job and I would recommend them!

Superb in every regard. Communications instant and complete. The guys who performed the work were thoughtful, process oriented, careful and patient on this difficult rewiring. Terrific experience from beginning to end. Work was completed the same day of initial contact. Perfect!

The work was done efficiently and the gentlemen that installed the items were very friendly. The issue that I have is that I was quoted $139 to install the sink. I told them they I needed new shut off valves. They quoted me an additional $80. I thought ok, the calves are listed on Amazon for $7.99 each. $32 each to install seemed a little steep but I could live with it. Then when the job was finished I was charged $80 to install them and an addional $60 for the valves. Good work but I will not be calling them for service again.

Mike and his crew were fantastic. Mike explained exactly how they would install the outlets for my new bidets, how long the installation would take and his price was very reasonable. We were especially happy that we only needed one contractor to handle the job since bidet installation requires an electrician and a plumber. When Don and Bob arrived for the job, they were very professional, very personable and cleaned up after the job! Knowing how hard it is to find experienced professionals, we were very pleased with the service and plan to use United Plumbing and Electric in the future.

They came out right away and replaced my sump pump. Left fans to dry out my basement and a dehumidifier. Very professional and courteous. I would recommend this company for all your plumbing needs. Very pleased with their help.

Mike gave us a free estimate that was very reasonable (less than I thought it would be) and then Bob and Donald set to work getting everything done in a very processional and timely manner. We are so happy with how our bathroom turned out and they fixed the broken pipe in the wall that was causing a leak. Mike from United Plumbers installed a tankless water heater, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Mike and his crew did an awesome job! When I explained that the city's work was when the standing water in the basement drained. He suggested we run water as normal and watch if water continues to drain normally. It has. Though I may call Michael later for another concern.
