He also walked around the exterior of the house to inspect it for any signs of foundation issues, and he spotted a tiny crack in the brick that was hard to see--that's how thorough he was!  He explained what we should be concerned about and what was due to normal aging.

When he finished his inspection, he set up a mobile office with a laptop and printer on the kitchen counter.  He was able to complete the report on the spot and provided the hard copy of his report before he left.
