1. They sent an untrained technician who was calling his supervisor every few minutes for advice. 2. They sent wrong floppers. 3. It took the technician 5 hours to do a 2 hour job 4. The toilets and the faucets were still leaking after technician left our house 5. They sent another Technician in the evening to fix all the problems 6. They install a cheap showerhead although we told the estimator that we needed the similar showerhead. They wanted us to pay another $120 to replace the showerhead. We offered to split the cost because of all the inconveniences created for but they would not budge. 7. Our faucets are still lose and leaking .

The service guys showed up and asked me if I was given a price. I said yes, I was told $250 worst case scenario. He said the cost would be $318. I said that is not what I was quoted. After some phone calls between the service guy and the office, I was told, nope, it would cost $318. I said sorry I wasted your time but the answer is no. Mike told his repair guys that he told me it would be $250 for the faucet only. NOPE, that is NOT what I was told. He told me $250. The service guys that were here were super nice and understanding when I turned them away but if you call to get a quote from this company get it in writing.

Jason was our guy that came out to help us out. With his professionalism, knowledge for the craft and communications we had he's for sure our go to guy. If we have another plumbing issue in the future I will specifically ask for him and work around his schedule. My wife and I are pleased with the service thank you very much.

All in all it was a very good experience. They gave me a four hour window for my service and the plumber showed up right in the middle of the time window. The only part that was a bit of a downer was the office was supposed to call when the plumber was on his way and they didn't so he had to wait a couple of minutes while my wife finished getting ready. The plumber was very professional and curtious. He provided an estimate to unclog the sink of $220 before beginning work. He was able to snake the drain to unclog it. I know that doesn't sound hard but it was a dual sink with a cross-over. When I tried to snake the drain the snake just kept going through the cross-over and popping up in the other sink. He said, "after 20 years of plumbing you can feel where you need to turn the snake" it worked. He completed the work quickly, kept the work site clean, and checked the basement just to make sure there wasn't anything else going on. We paid exactly what the estimate was and I would hire them again.

The tech was on time about three hours work done water in bath toilet none in sink the tech said sink was old and needed replaced,i said oh then i will have water he said yes thats when he turned water back on some of the old galvanized probably stopped line up i said never had a problem with water pressure always had water from faucets he again said need to replace sink to old to get parts for that sink i said ok then called friday cancelled new sink was told by tech and two other people when water was turned on again some old pieces got caught in pipe not happy with out come won't ever use their servive again.

We notified the clerk that this was part of an insurance claim to which she replied no problem we will work with your insurance company. When the plumber arrives he was curt and unprofessional and tracked dirt across our hardwood floors and upon completion of the work advised that “we don’t bill insurance companies”. On top of all of this they have a mandatory fuel charge
