Initially there were a few issues that came up, but Don Hughes did a great job with what he was given on the fly. He really does GOOD, CLEAN work. Don kept me informed through EVERY step of the process because there were the early "snags" that really slowed his installation process. Don has been trained on Navien Tankless Water Heaters, so when my application required another (NEW) Rinnai system (because of space considerations), Don was able to quickly adapt to the situation and install PERFECTLY a product he was never trained on, serviced or installed before. The entire ECO staff was fantastic to work with from the beginning estimate to the end when they had another teammate call and follow-up on the whole project. Don did a great job cleaning up before he left, couldn't tell he was even there. I will be staying with ECO Plumbing, Electric and HVAC for my home appliance servicing and upgrades. Thanks ECO!

I called ECO out for a drain problem and when Cole Oswalt left the drain was free flowing. Cole came when he was scheduled, he explained my options, he snaked the drain, and cleaned up after himself. The price they quoted was the price I paid.

Aaron was so helpful and honest with everything we needed help with! He found the clog in our drain and snaked that out, then he gave us an honest opinion of how to upgrade our laundry room. We currently have a concrete sink that he showed us was not in good condition and then helped us schedule with the installation team about the next steps of our project!
