We hired Dave and his crew to demo our existing deck and rebuild a wraparound Azek deck, including new footers. Dave promised a quote within two days of meeting with us (compared to two weeks or even a month with other contractors) and delivered on his promise. Likewise, when we made changes to the project, he provided a revised quote within two days. He was, to say the least, incredibly responsive from beginning to end. Dave and his crew arrived early every day to begin work at daybreak. They diligently worked outside in inclement weather nonstop each day. I was actually happy to see them break for lunch. When they ran into unexpected obstacles due to the unorthodox construction of our home, they effectively problem-solved, kept us advised, and effortlessly pushed through.
