"Complete kitchen remodel including taking the entire roof off kitchen section, house is 100 years old. A complicated job that was preformed perfectly. Every detail of the job was well-thought out and we were guided through the whole process for what to expect for each stage of the project. Flooring was also replaced on the entire first floor, several sections of the house besides the Kitchen were rewired and the entire roof was replaced including replacement of a crumbling chimney. Our house is like brand new and we could not be happier, Kodiak is the only contractor I would ever use, Highest rating possible!"

"Jason, the company owner great to work with and he genuinely cared about what what my wife and I wanted him to do for us. He showed up on time for our first initial appointment, gave us great options for our roof and windows and chimney topper. They did exactly what they said they would do and were amazing through the whole process. "Johnny did an amazing job on our trees. One big tree split and had come down during a storm. He finished cutting it down and chopped it up so we could use as firewood. The other tree was old and dying. I didn’t want to lose it so he cut out the dead branches and saved the tree for a while longer. He knew what he was doing and how to do it!
