"Jason, the company owner great to work with and he genuinely cared about what what my wife and I wanted him to do for us. He showed up on time for our first initial appointment, gave us great options for our roof and windows and chimney topper. They did exactly what they said they would do and were amazing through the whole process. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Friedman Home Improvements for anything that you need remolded or repaired on your house. They do OUTSTANDING WORK to their customers satisfaction. "I messaged them, they responded quickly. I made an appointment and all was good, until the day of the appointment…and they never showed up, they never texted or called me. Update as of 02/20/2025 I need to change my original review. I was angry that the company didn’t show up. But, they reached out and apologized for being unprofessional about the situation. I have another appointment with them and I will update this with new information."
