e decided to use West Shore Home homes our sales person (Lorenzo) came and gave us a 3 hour sales pitch. A big selling point for me was there would be no caulk. We were told unequivocally there would be no caulk. There was/is caulk. He sold us on the "chemically welded acrylic' technology. We were 100% misled. We had to have the installers back to repair unacceptable workmanship. They quoted a scope of work that was modified. It was agreed that there would be a credit issued. It was issued, then it was reversed. We reached out to Lorenzo G about the credit. After multiple follow ups from us, he told me that I was disrespectful for sending a text on Sunday, and that he would no longer be dealing with us. "Customer service will help you from here". His justification was a screen shot of a text from 3 days prior to show that someone was working on it. If he had taken 2 seconds to let me know that he would not have received a text from me on Sunday. We are stuck with this

Felipe A. and Jeff M. arrived on time to complete a demo of my old bath tub enclosure and replacement with a new shower enclosure. They were professional as well as friendly. They explained every step of the procedure thoroughly and I was able to give personal input to complete my project. I would highly recommend West Shore for all home remodeling jobs.

Overall experience was great, punctual, professional, friendly and knowledgeable, answering questions. Quinn S, Tony T, Jake G, Tristan P did wonderful with the shower/bathroom. Salesmen Michael was engaging, polite, spent plenty of time going over everything.

No sales pressure. Dalton and Tristan were very nice and courteous. The work looks well done.

Dalton and Tristan came so early I loved it. They were very good at calling when they would be done. They were very nice for giving me all their recommendations on how to ensure the shower looked good. They answered all my questions and did it exactly how I wanted.

The guys that installed were awesome. I recommend them 100%

Dalton, Tristan and Jayden did a bang up job courtesy and all that nice long hair. It has been a very pleasant experience. Getting it done in one day was very impressive.

Others need to know that they need to plan for an alternative way for bathrooms for when water is off. Lets us know that they water can be off for a few hours. We were prepared. Dalton Tristan and Jake did good. Looks nice

Very professional install

Dalton and Tristan did great! They communicated with us and ensured we were informed and knew what was going on.

The installation team Quinn S, Ethan W, Skyler C, Tyler D and Tony T. were fantastic. They were very professional, neat and worked diligently. I was impressed on how we were notified about each step of the installation. I would highly recommend this team to anyone. The only problem we had was with the sales person, his communication skills are not up to standard.
