"Dear Member, I am so sorry you were not happy with our services. As you can see from other reviews, I take our customers happiness very seriously and only wish you had let me know that you were not happy (even after we made note of your concerns and tried again) as well as the breaking of the angel I would have been more than happy to confront the girl and see if she knew about it. The women that work for me have been with me a long time, and I have not had any customer calls that things are broken and not addressed. I have always taken pride that we are not like other cleaning companies who are known for this occurring. Honesty is always the best policy. That is why I am bonded and insured. If we know for sure that my worker did indeed break it, I would have been more than happy to replace it. My normal procedure in the 28 years I have had my business when a customer and worker is not a good match, is to send someone else out and give the customer a discount for their inconvenience. I am sorry I did not know any of this so that I could have handled the situation in my usual manner. We appreciated your business and only wish the best for you in the future."

"Dear Member, I must be confused! I thought with our last conversation we had secured a day and time that did work, You agreed to it and then you had called to say you had summer projects and would call us in the fall. I am sorry for any misunderstanding on my part. The gal referred to in your comment did have to terminate her work with me due to childcare issues,. Her customers were very dissappointed because they absolutely loved her work and ability to make amazing headway in large homes such as yours. It is sometimes difficult to get every customer the exact time and day they request. Fortunately, our customers stay with us for years and have their assigned day and time. Sometimes I can only offer a day close to the requested day, and then move to that day as soon as possible. We continue to grow and fall is a busy time with our teachers starting back up to work. I also would be more than happy to do my best again to get a day that would work with your schedule and go forward from there. We appreciate you Member!"
Every room looks and smells great, which is what I expect when I arrive home. Our bathroom looks great, which is one of the biggest problem areas in our home, and the measure by which I judge my cleaning services. Our last cleaning service did not pay enough attention to small details, and especially neglected our bathroom, but so far, Details by Linda and Casey are doing an excellent job in all areas.
Linda called this afternoon to check on how the cleaning went, and her interest in my experience shows that she cares about her customers.

It speaks volumes that Linda hides behind her insurance company and woman she contracted with to clean our home. Linda refused to come look at it. The representative from the company that installed the flooring (Central Carpet in Beavercreek) had no problem seeing the damage.
"My insurance company could not FIND any spots on the area you specified. Nor could the woman who cleaned your home whom you were very very pleased with for months. I cannot pay for something that is visiblly not there. I wish you well."
"We are known for being on time, or even a little early in the 28 years of our business, however, the person cleaning your home was looking for a street per Map Quest that was not there. Please accept our apology. I was glad, however, that she was able to point out the spot on your tub that will not come up and that even after you tried yourself the spot would not come up. We appreciate you and it is a privilege to be of service to you!"
