"Matt was informative, efficient, helpful and kind! We had never had our carpet cleaned and he cleaned all the spots and stains. "Unfortunately, the sales rep did not measure correctly. The installer caught the mistake and it became a two day job. But they gave a discount when I asked for one and the installer did a good job. I am waiting to see if any carpet bubbles up after 6 months."
