Marcus did a phenomenal job cleaning our carpet. We had the carpeting installed throughout our condo when we moved in a year ago. We have kept after the carpet with spot cleaning, but were beginning to see a path of dingy carpeting between our entrance and our kitchen. We called Apke on a Tuesday, and were able to schedule a cleaning for Thursday of the same week. Marcus arrived promptly and went to work. Every trace of the dingy path is gone, and the entire carpet looks bright as new. We had Apke clean carpets twice in our house before we moved and were pleased with their work. We will definitely call them for any future carpet-cleaning services.

I have used Apke multiple times in the past when we need to clean the carpets. They always arrive on time, work every fast, and do an excellent job cleaning the carpets.

Heavy rains made their way into our basement through an open basement window. Ruined basement indoor/outdoor carpet and padding as well as wall area beneath the window. I called John Apke and he promptly returned my call. He was able to come over ASAP, but it wasn't an emergency, so I had him come the next morning. He showed up when he said he would, surveyed the situation, discussed it with me, and set up some dryers and dehumidifier to begin the process of drying out the carpet, padding and drywall. It took about ten days to completely dry out, and John came by at least three more times every few days to check progress throughout. He was always punctual and professional, talking to me about any residual mold and mildew and how he would approach it. I felt comfortable with John's expertise and he seemed just as concerned about fixing the problem as I was. I thought the cost for ten days of his time and equipment was reasonable. I'll not hesitate to call John if it happens again. Just be aware that you as the customer will be responsible for any repairs after he has restored and dried out the basement - to carpet, or baseboards, or drywall, etc. I highly recommend John Apke if you end up with a wet basement. He is friendly and very responsive.

I've used Apke several times and they're always excellent. The technicians were personable, professional, fast and thorough. They got all the stains out and didn't leave the carpet soaking wet. You can get a cheaper carpet cleaner but they will not be as good and will try to upsell you on everything (Apke) never does that. Thanks for another great job!

Generally it went well. However, we had one large spot from dog urine that didn't come clean. Asked to get them back out without any luck.

The service provider showed up on time. He did a great job on the carpets. He was able to remove a stain that we had tried and failed to get out on our own. We were very pleased with the quality of the work. We purchased a deal that did not include enough rooms to do the whole house so I let them know when I scheduled the appointment that we wanted the whole house done. They quoted me a fair price for the additional rooms.
