Was quoted a reasonable price to get a new thermostat installed in my house that was more complex due to it being a heat pump. Also opted to get a tune up while they were out to prepare for the upcoming seasons. Zak was great. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and walked through everything with me and explained it so I could understand it. He took his time and did a great job. Not to mention it was Friday evening and could have easily rushed through to get home for the evening, but that was not the case. He clearly is passionate about what he does, and I am so appreciative!

I have been using this company from the very beginning, 7 years ago when I had an oil furnace, Elliot would come out and HE was amazing every service call. Fast forward to the present and I have a unit I purchased from Cincinnati Heating and Air and have had them out (always an employee in the last 4 years, never Elliot) and the customer service has went from bad to worse. I let my complaints go, even when the guys who installed the unit got multiple stains on my new carpet, due to the wonderful Service I had received in the past. Now fast forward to today. I had a technician come out because my unit was not working and explained to him how I had bought the service plan in 2022, but no one ever contacted me for the service. He did not offer me that service I was owed he put in an air filter that cost $56 retail and charge me $110 for it without asking and then was only interested in selling me more maintenance service which I'm leery about since I didn't get it last time I paid for it unfortunately, He was a polite technician and did solve today's issue, but at a high cost. I do not recommend this company anymore.

I consulted three companies with great ratings on Angi and Google, and other companies explained to me in April that they deferred installation of ductless mini splits until winter (meaning I’d have to wait 6 months and suffer through the summer heat again). Not Cincinnati Heating and Air Conditioning! They were able to schedule me quickly and with the top of the industry solution I wanted (Mitsubishi Trane). Their pricing was very transparent and much more reasonable than one of the other vendors I mentioned earlier. The solution has been working great for me for about six months, and I wish I would have called them years ago. They are reliable, professional, and excellent communicators. Fantastic company! Called about our furnace in the morning and 2 hrs later they were here. Cameron did a great job! He was polite and professional. Replaced the blower motor on our old furnace at what I consider a very good price. I was amazed that it could be fixed and he told me that they don't like to oversell or do more work than is necessary. I will definitely use them again. Thanks Cincinnati Heating and air.
