I contacted Gordon and he was able to come the same day.  He walked the rooms to evaluate any staining, quality of carpet, damage etc.  He was very professional and after his services, carpets looked great.  He also pointed out small areas of discoloration and what may have caused the damage.  We were very pleased with Gordon's service.

We've been using Gordon's Classic carpet since he started his own business and have always been very happy with his work.  He takes his time and does a very thorough job.

Carpet cleaning can be kind of a racket. The big name companies in Cincinnati hire guys who just want to get in and out, and sometimes I'm not very comfortable with them in my home. It was a very different experience with Gordon's Classic Carpet Cleaning. The owner does the work, and he has years of experience. My hallway looked absolutely wonderful after he cleaned it -- the cleaning gave it that "new carpet glow". Much better than the last time it was cleaned by a big company.  Gordon was punctual and professional, and offers his service at a very reasonable price.  I think he had a half dozen phone calls while he was at my house to book different jobs, and yet I didn't have to wait long at all to get on his schedule. 

Gordon was perfect.   I was in quick need so that a bad stain didn't set and I got lucky that he had a job in my neighborhood today so he was able to work me in.  He was punctual, fast and the worst stain I've yet to see (and I've had a lot of pets over the years) is now gone.   I'm very satisfied and will call again.

He spot treats the whole carpet and really takes his time to make sure the carpet gets really clean. We have been very pleased with his work. We have used him twice.

I have used Gordon's services for carpet cleaning after being mostly disappointed by the big names and big advertisers for carpet cleaning, he use to work for one of them before starting his business several years ago.  He is very responsive, listens to what the custormer wants, does not try to upsell, and will spend extra time to make a badly stained area the best it can be, delivers a professional experience and have referred him to others with also positive results.

It is a small, owner-operated company.  He spends a lot of time pretreating spots and working to get them out.  With bigger companies, you don't know who is coming and they seem to rush through.  Gordon gives as much attention to each area as needed and really takes his time to make sure the job is done correctly.

He is very good. He does an excellent job and has a reasonable price. He is punctual, polite and respects our property.

He is very nice guy.  He walked in and got it done.  He gave advice on different carpets. He did all the upholstery in the living room also.   I would use him again.

One of the carpets had a lot of dog pee stains on it.  He spent a lot of time working on it and got a lot of them up.  He did a great job on the drapes.  He did a good job on the bedroom.  He tried again on the few stains he was unable to get up when he was here the first time.  It actually made them worse, but that was niether here nor there.  They were just tough stains.  He is a one man show.  He is the owner/operator.  You don't have a bunch of people in your home working.  He is a really nice, hardworking man.   

The work went excellent. I have used him for quite some time now and I have never been disappointed with him.

Gordon's takes special time to treat stains. He gets down on his hands and knees to treat them and retreats them. He is very diligent about his work. He is reliable, his prices are reasonable and his work ethic is superior.

He is extremely thorough. He works diligently to get any stains out. He is always on time. He is a one man crew, so it's just him. The quality of work is exceptional. We would absolutely use him again in the future.

Thought he was a bit pricey but he did a good job. Pleasant and professional.

Very prompt, takes his time, there were stubborn stains that had been there with previous carpet cleaners not able to remove. These stains were given special attention, as in on hands and knees and continuing to work at the stain, the result was superior to any previous carpet cleaning I had done and I am talking about big advertising names. This is an independent business, small but highly skilled owner, responsive, accommodating and knows his carpet. Will tell you what to expect and what can be done. Cost extremely fair and work is exceptional.

His prices are very fair, he is punctual and trustworthy. We have three dogs and three cats and Gordon has never failed to remove a stain when called out for a job.

He was prompt, courteous, efficient, and his work was superior. I will use his services again without question.

Gordon, the owner-operator, did an outstanding job with all of the cleaning. He got out stains on carpets that other carpet cleaners claimed could not be removed (including paint).
