Excellent experience from the first phone call until the end of the job. Mr. Burlew was very personable, prompt, and meticulous. The finished job looked better than when the carpet was originally installed.

Wonderful! Arrived quickly on a Saturday in midst of basement flood and followed up with visits Sunday and Monday ....also called to check on progress of water. Did an outstanding job and were extremely polite, concerned and gave honest opinions! Would hire again for water damage or just regular carpet cleaning!

FANTASTIC! My 20 year old carpets look brand new. I was on the verge of replacing them, but then I was referred to Burlews and am so glad I called! They were prompt - actually early - and spent several hours carefully cleaning. I had a few very bad pet stains - all gone now! The price was more than reasonable. I thought they were kidding when they told me. I've paid twice that much for other cleaners that did nothing more than move dirt around. I will never use another cleaner!

Description of Work
Flooded basement cleanup after a drainage pipe was crushed. Bob Burlew was called by my ins. agent and he was at my home within an hour on a Saturday morning. He did a wonderful job and came out again the following day to contiue the cleanup. He called later in the week to check on the situation. All the staff was very professional and friendly.

Burlew's carpets does an excellent job of cleaning carpets. They are not the cheapest company, they take more time and do a very thorough job. I have always been pleased with them.

Arrived on time. Very personable. Found the easiest way to get their equipment into the house. Before they started discussed what was to be done,where they should place the furniture when finished. Also asked if I wanted any of the furniture put in a different spot. Got to work and they were finished in about 2 hours. Asked me check when they were done,asked them to go over 1spot again,did it with a smile. Would have them back for any other carpets problems in a heart beat. Highly recommend them.

The crew at every point of contact was extremely professional and friendly. I just can't say enough about them. Very pleased.

Picked up a vintage wool area rug, 8X10, cleaned it and the fringe and returned it to us. The rug came from an old house and we did not know the history behind it really, so it was imperative it was REALLY clean. They did a beautiful job and the rug looks and smells like new. I'm thrilled. It was so dirty and dusty!

We had one of our oriental rugs steamed and this brought out pet smells that had not been detected before. We called Burlew's and they came to get the rug (which we had to put in the garage as the smell was so bad) and they came out to pick it up. We also added another oriental rug to be washed and deodorized. They brought us back the rugs and they looked amazing! Also, the smell was completely gone from one of them. We had to send the second one back for a second washing as the smell was still there. The people at Burlew's took it back, cleaned it again and got rid of all the smell. Our rugs are beautiful and do not smell at all. We were very happy with the professionalism and great service we received from Burlew's. I would not doubt to hire them again for my other rugs.

I use Bob all the time. I flooded my house accidently and I used him. He is really good. He is not cheap but he is not outrageous. He came out the next day to help me after the flood. He also cleans our carpets when they need it.

I use Burlew's Restoration & Carpet Cleaning for carpet cleaning after I flooded my house. He came and dried out the carpet. He had giant fans and dehumidifiers in here for a week while drying the carpet.

This is the second time we had Burlew's do the carpets. We have a new puppy that is now reliably house broken, so the carpets definitely needed cleaning. They did a great job. No problems at all.

Whole operation went smoother than a kitten in a milk trough. Used Burlew's before. Same great professional service.
Description of Work
Two experienced techs arrived promptly. Moved furniture as appropriate. Raked all carpets thoroughly to remove cat hair. Shampooed carpets in large living, dining rooms, two large bedrooms, closets, placed furniture on protective pads. Brought in fans to facilitate drying. Throughly cleaned sofa, love seat, recliner—no easy job considering our four cats.

Excellent job! The rug looked great and the cats no longer recognized it as a litter box. I'd tried a lot of things myself--enzyme pet stain removers, etc.--and none of them worked. I was skeptical that Burlew's would be able to get the smell out but they did and there were great to work with.

My wife thinks they are terrific. They come out ahead of time to look at the job. They stand by their quote. They talked about specific parts of the carpet that needed more attention. They said if there was anything she was unsatisfied with that they will come back.

I have used Burlews for years, for cleaning Persian rugs and carpets and never been disappointed. Service techs are punctual, professional and always do a great job on my rugs. Have recommended to friends and they too have always been very happy.

We LOVE Burlew's. We have used them no less than five times, cleaning area rugs and steam-cleaning our couch and carpets.We cannot recommend them highly enough. Mr. Burlew and his crew are professional, reasonable, courteous and honest. Can't ask for more in a company.
