Excellent experience from the first phone call until the end of the job. Mr. Burlew was very personable, prompt, and meticulous. The finished job looked better than when the carpet was originally installed.

Could not ask for more.

Wonderful! Arrived quickly on a Saturday in midst of basement flood and followed up with visits Sunday and Monday ....also called to check on progress of water. Did an outstanding job and were extremely polite, concerned and gave honest opinions! Would hire again for water damage or just regular carpet cleaning!

FANTASTIC! My 20 year old carpets look brand new. I was on the verge of replacing them, but then I was referred to Burlews and am so glad I called! They were prompt - actually early - and spent several hours carefully cleaning. I had a few very bad pet stains - all gone now! The price was more than reasonable. I thought they were kidding when they told me. I've paid twice that much for other cleaners that did nothing more than move dirt around. I will never use another cleaner!

Burlew's carpets does an excellent job of cleaning carpets.  They are not the cheapest company, they take more time and do a very thorough job.  I have always been pleased with them.

Arrived on time. Very personable. Found the easiest way to get their equipment into the house. Before they started discussed what was to be done,where they should place the furniture when finished. Also asked if I wanted any of the furniture put in a different spot. Got to work and they were finished in about 2 hours. Asked me check when they were done,asked them to go over 1spot again,did it with a smile.

Would have them back for any other carpets problems in a heart beat.
Highly recommend them.

Good.  Bob is always extremely professional and responsive.

We had one of our oriental rugs steamed and this brought out pet smells that had not been detected before. We called Burlew's and they came to get the rug (which we had to put in the garage as the smell was so bad) and they came out to pick it up. We also added another oriental rug to be washed and deodorized.
They brought us back the rugs and they looked amazing! Also, the smell was completely gone from one of them. We had to send the second one back for a second washing as the smell was still there. The people at Burlew's took it back, cleaned it again and got rid of all the smell.
Our rugs are beautiful and do not smell at all. We were very happy with the professionalism and great service we received from Burlew's. I would not doubt to hire them again for my other rugs.
