I had a badly neglected yard and flower beds. Needed the flower beds cleaned up and rejuvenated. Weeds removed. Bushes cut down and trimmed. Mr. Jerry couldn't come out on the original date we agreed to but kept in constant contact and finally came out, gave me a quote and we agreed to a price. Mr. Jerry and his worker went above and beyond what he agreed to do. He cleaned up the side of my house, cleaned off my back deck and cut over growth from my fence so it could be seen. This was very important since we're getting ready to list our house for sale. We are very happy with the completed project. Highly recommend. Be patient as they are a small company. It will be worth the wait.

They came out the day I called. Expedience was paramount for the job I requested. Because of space limitations, they had to do the job by hand. They removed a combination of 13 shrubs and root balls. Amazingly fast. They were finished within a couple of hours. Showed up when they said they would, completed the job , and removed all debris. Under the circumstances, I found their price to be fair. Well worth the call.

Appreciated all of their hard work. Love how the owner is mentoring young men.

Jerry from J+M Landscaping was friendly and accommodating. He completely my stump grinding in a timely manner. His equipment is qualified to handle medium to smaller tree stumps. I would recommend him for medium sized stumps.

My 1st confirmed appointment with J & M Family Landscaping was scheduled for October 23rd. Jerry told me that he did not realize that the 23rd was a Sunday. Even though his daughter Jerica drew up a contract for him to do the job on the 23rd. Had I not called him, he would have been a no-call, no-show. Jerry also forgot our 2nd appointment, which is today, Friday October 28th. He said that he would come out to remove my bushes between 9 and 11am. At 11:20, I had not heard anything from him. When I called him, he told me that he had forgotten. He then came to my address with two other Men, he cut the bushes down and took them away, but he did not remove the roots. He left and said that he would be right back to remove the roots. He speaks very professional, and very calm, which I appreciate. But he does not do what he says he will do. At least, not with me he did not. For that reason, I would not recommend him or his company to anyone. I would recommend that you hire through Angie directly, where you will receive the happiness guarantee because I am not happy at all with my experience with J & M Family Landscaping.
