"Complete lack of communication involving critical areas. Damaging my property with impunity! One of the workers damaged my wall of my attached garage. The wall that is part of the house. 4"x5"x2" deep. worker only stated confined space to work. I then contacted Adam the owner. His conversation as only two sentences: "No one told me of any damage. We don't do drywall" End of conversation. Next damage: front lawn. One of the workers was brushing the concrete driveway, shook his broom off in the grass in five different spots. (All other concrete workers I observed in other locations had either a tarp or other item to shake off the excess concrete. Next: damaging my main beam that supports the awning over the patio. The center of the beam. Therefore the center beam was not able to be replaced. Next, my side gate was not reinstalled properly. The posts are too close and offset. They bent the latch to make it fit. "Worked with John and his crew a few years ago in 2012. Spent a significant amount of money on a paver patio with Kichler LED lights. The lights were expensive and under warranty for 15-years. I was told personally by John that *if they ever fail, just call and we will be over to replace them*. In March of 2018 I called and reported a light that was failing. John told me to put a piece of blue painters tape on it and that although they were busy, would be over as soon as they could. Over the next few months I followed-up with him as the light then completely failed. He guaranteed me that the light is still covered under the Kichler warranty but that they have been so busy that they have not been able to be out to replace. I asked if he would at least be able to get to it before the snow flies in 2018 as it was already October, and he said *yes, just give me your cell phone number again*. Never heard from him or his crew. In March of 2019 I started contacting him again as the blue painters tape is still on the failed light. I tried texting his cell phone and left him 2-3 messages on his answering machine at the main number of his office. It is May 22, 2019, and he has yet to even acknowledge that I called him or have an open issue. Finally, this past weekend I reached out to his vendor that he used to purchase my Kichler lights from, and they honored the warranty. I ended up pulling and replacing the light myself, but the light was at least replaced at no unit cost. While the crew was here and working they did a nice job. I paid for many lunches for them and treated his crew with absolute respect. I even left a cooler full of drinks out in the yard each day before I left for work for the crew as the summer was brutal that year. I opened my yard and patio up for any number of people that he wanted to bring over to show as a reference for sales that he was working on. This is the respect and courtesy I got in return. Very poor professionalism on Johns part. He knows better than to behave like this. He literally ignores the calls. Did not even bother to call me back and say, *sorry, been beyond busy, but we did not forget you*. Even though it has been 14-months and you would think that even the busiest teams would have found time to work in a light repair, I could have been given the courtesy of a reply. Very poor, John!"

"There wasn't a clear job understanding given to me on which way I should go with the job, either inside versus outside of the basement walls. They did do the outside walls but didn't acknowledge that the other side (front area) would also have water issues. We had another water leak again, and a lot of water came in the front. They didn't solve my issue, and then they didn't offer a discount to do the inside. They left a muddy mess on the outside of the first job as well, and the steps were also muddy when they put in the beams. I went with competition for the second part."
