He completed the job on time and even answered my many questions afterwards. As I live in a small development, our association had a need for some ‘project work’ around our pond. I recommended Nino, who was hired to make that area more attractive. I even recently reached out to him because the association’s landscaping company cut down my new plantings in preparation for the winter. In a panic, I sent Nino pics of what had been done, and he assured me that all was well and they’d grow back. Whew!!! If you’re looking for someone who is pleasant, easy to converse with, knows his field, and is customer focused, I can’t recommend Nino and Baffa Landscape Design highly enough

"So let me start off by saying that this was probably the wettest spring and early summer that we’ve ever had here in Ohio. When I met with Dan back in February I thought the job would be done by April however due to the rains we could not get this accomplished. I texted him on several occasions and he responded quickly and professionally and explain to me why we cannot start the project as it was too wet. Eventually were able to get the job started the weekend after the Fourth of July. He and his team came out and got the job done in about two days. It was very professional and his team did well at cleaning up after them selves as well as the job itself. Of course we were delayed in starting due to lack of rai eventually were able to get the job started the weekend after the Fourth of July. So far I am pleased with my experience the cost and product. I initially thought I was getting Bruno’s landscaping but I guess they work together. I’ll keep you updated on any further work that is done on the lawn.
