Received a consultation from this company in April 2024 for privacy bushed in back of home. His initial professionalism and salesmanship made me decide to use him for our project. We asked they he order and install 8 Juniper bushes for the project. Project install happened on 5/16/24. During the install, landscapers hit a sprinkler line on one of the tree sights. I understand that this happens and is sometimes part of the gig. When I noticed the damage, after the tree was installed, contacted owner. His response “ did you tell them the sprinkler line was there”. My home has water everywhere, and as a matter of fact we changed some of the location due to sprinkler line location. “ You have to tell my guys where the gas line are, and sprinkler lines”. I’m sorry, but I do not know anyone who has a map of sprinkler lines underground. Having said all of that, he said he could call his sprinkler guy, but could not guarantee his work. I than went on YouTube academy and figured it out for the next three days. Our first Juniper died early June and was replaced on 6/15. On this day, owner claims that the island was saturated with water with the tree he was replacing, and that the tree may not survive. That tree is the only tree flourishing. Currently 7/22/24 Four of the eight trees are dying. Owner has relinquished all responsibility to the grower with whom I have not even meant. Frankly, I do not even know who the grower is at this point. He has stated that I must now be in direct contact with grower. This has been the most unprofessional owner post install of service. He was paid in full and has not been honorable. I would proceed with cation and obtain everything in weighting . He is not trustworthy or honorable.

The contractor installed new Unilock sidewalks going up to our front doors, fixed the edges of a huge new cement driveway by filling and seeding and created a large garden for me in the back of my property. The work was extremely well done. Workers were very nice and efficient. I would use this company again without question!

They did a very thorough job, gave some helpful advice, and I loved how responsive they were. They were very friendly and had a lot of stuff to haul away and were very professional. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely hire them again.

Great! They did wonderful work. We had them remove our walkway and steps. Steps were rebuilt and landing pad added. Dirt was brought in and grass planted where walkway was. Communication was great and they did exactly as we wanted. Efficient and great work, would highly recommend!

Due to a shoddy and unreliable performance, my condo association did not renew its contract with them. After interviewing a number of lawn/grounds maintenance companies found through Angies' List, we decided to go with Pro Care We Care. We couldn't be happier. The crew is professional, punctual, meticulous, and very expedient. The crew did an excellent job during "spring cleanup," removing debris, cutting dead limbs from bushes & trees, planting grass in areas damaged by the snow plow, applying fresh mulch, and cleaning up after themselves. Since then, they have meticulously mowed lawns, edged driveways & sidewalks, and removed debris.

I have them for my weekly yard service and for fall clean ups. They cut and do spring and fall clean ups, they do tree trimming and planting.

The entire process went extremely well. Andrei was excellent. He reviewed our needs, made excellent suggestions how to address 'problem areas', and provided a competitive, detailed proposal. He originally planned to do the work in Spring of 2016. He delayed the work because of weather conditions, i.e. wet spring and a hot, dry summer. He apologized and told us that he wanted to the job right and would not perform the work if the weather conditions were not right. He kept us informed during the entire time. He and his crew did an excellent job emphasizing quality over speed. He is a hard working member of the landscaping crew and was present when the work was being done. We were impressed by his attention to detail. Example. He dug up the cable to prevent his crew cutting it when regrading the property, adding the topsoil, and installing the lawn. We were most pleased with the overall quality of the landscaping job. Andrei provided a late fall fertilization of the lawn. He called us after this work and apologized to us that some of the lawn did not meet his expectations and standards. He told us he would return the following Spring (2017) and over-seed those spots/areas and address any other concerns we might have. We were most pleased with ProCare WeCare. Andrei is experienced enough to thoroughly understand landscaping and dedicated to building his business to provide for his young family. We highly recommend ProCare WeCare.

Great. We had three consultations and Pro Care's was both the simplest and most specific of the three. A good explanation of what we could/should plant that would fit our vision of the work we wanted done. We also live in a neighborhood regularly visited by deer. Pro Care knew what to plant that would be completely or mostly deer resistant and provided an explanation of why.

It went well. They were easily reachable and returned phone calls quickly. They came out soon after my initial call for a quote, and started the work the following week.  From start to finish it took about two weeks because of weather delays.  The property looks good and I have received several compliments from my neighbors.

Excellent.  Tony sent a crackerjack stump removal person ( Kim Marshall of the Ugly Stump Removal Co.) who zapped the roots flush with the deck.  The seeding was completed in several hours and so far the new grass appears to be germinating successfully.

All in all a great job at a great price.  Tony personally supervised the job and was a joy to deal with.

While we hoped to get the new lawn installed in the spring, the weather did not cooperate. Andy was very upfront and honest about the process and delays due to Mother Nature. He kept in touch with us all summer, and in September took a week to dig out the old grass and weeds, fill in/level out the yard with topsoil, and installed sod. Coming up beautifully this spring. Very happy with it.

Once the weather broke he was there with a team of five people who completed the work in no time at all.  These guys were great and their work quality was top notch!  They were pleasant and cleaned up everything.   I have already recommended them to a co-worker!

Hurricane Sandy storms blew down 6 of 10 sixty foot pine trees upheaving the roots creating six foot deep holes in my back yard and my neighbbors. After the utility crews cut down two additional trees to make repairs to broken poles I had to remove  the final two trees to prevent the hazard from happening again. Andy from Pro Care We Care responded quickly and walked through the destroyed yard and provided a written quote for each service that was needed. He had to cut down the additional trees, to remove the storm debris and the mess of cut up trees from the utility forestry crew. He also quoted to remove the stumps left behind and to regrade the yard and remove the root systems of the trees that were torn out of the ground. He had two dump trucks to haul away all the organic material and cleaned out rocks and then dumped clean topsoil and leveled it to match my neighbors and side yard. He installed raised beds and planted the shrubbery I chose for a natural fence and then mulched the beds.  He used premium products to prevent weeds and to fertilize both the new grass and the trees. His crews made my yard visibly appealing from the neighbors homes as well  with their permission.  I have had many compliments on how hard his crew worked and how beautiful the yard is.  His price was much lower than other estimates and not much more than what it would have cost me to buy the materials retail and rent the equipment myself. I highly recommend any of his lawn services.  He also did a few small tasks for me like restacking some castleblocks and preparing a small rosegarden at the last minute without any complaint and very little cost. All the workers were professional, and whether driving a truck, working a backhoe, operating a CAT or planting the grass and raking the dirt in the summer sun they never stopped their job until they were done.

The work was done promptly and completely in one day.  The owner was extremely courteous and friendly.  The quality of the work was excellent and I would definitely use them again.

I switched my lawn care company to this one after 2 prior horrid experiences. Needless to say, I have been impressed. Not only are they very professional and courteous, but they complete their job as agreed upon in a timely fashion. They also don't nickel-and-dime you for ever small detail you want for your lawn. Pricing is competitive for the area. They offer a very broad range of services.
