The sales person got back to me and answered all my questions, the installation crew was incredible and they did a really great job and there are very little seams on my whole house. The clean up crew was great and the whole job for the entire exterior of my house was done in two days. They installed siding for the whole house, installed soffit and fascia boards, and installed the gutters and downspouts. The house looks phenomenal and they did a really great job. "In preparation for winter, I contracted for a roof inspection to be performed. Jason Lance nailed down shingles that were lifted up by the wind, and secured the nail heads with caulk. He also caulked around exhaust pipes on the roof. Furthermore, he reinstalled tw pieces of siding that had fallen off. He also caulked around the sump pump exhaust. Jason did provide before and after pictures of his work. In providing a cost estimate for bathroom exhaust fans replacement, he demonstrated his knowledge in home ventillation systems, due to his previous experience in home construction."

Once we got connected we got right to work and figured out what the issue was and how to repair it. I had to run to hardware store to get the correct tool to make the fix, but Bob, the tech I worked with, left me detailed instructions and with the right tool, I was then able to make the fix and reassemble the range.
