"If you notice in the provided fields, this customer placed a value of $5 on the work performed which is actually $5 more than the $0 he was willing to invest into a rental property he purchased in an area in the east side of Cleveland that [Member Information Removed] not a great area to put it politely. We had multiple showings of the property, but unfortunately, each time a potential applicant came through, they left with the same impression. This was a property in a rough part of town that the owner was not willing to put any money into. This customer can blame myself and my team as much as he wants but it was his choice to not invest any money to upgrade the property, making it very difficult to find a tenant willing to live there."
"Our project manager was on site regularly throughout this project. The homeowners changed the scope of work multiple times during the project. We installed 4 separate shower heads at the owner's request because they could not make up their mind on the style of shower head they wanted. Each time we changed them at NO COST to the owner and even had to reroute plumbing entirely after the first change. After the 4th change I did say that it was unreasonable to continue to be expected to make adjustments and changes at no cost to the owner. The owner paid the bill in full because ALL agreed to work was completed. The real issue here is that the husband and wife had different ideas on the bathroom. While the wife was at work, the husband would give us an answer on questions the wife had. We would carry out those orders as the husband relayed to us but when the wife would get home from work she wouldn't like what the husband had approved and then would call and want us to perform work how she wanted at no cost. That is absolutely unreasonable and that is where the biggest communication issues arose from, the two owners not being on the same page and giving us different directions."
"What [Member Name Removed] fails to mention is that he and his girlfriend constantly changed their mind throughout the entire project. From picking paint colors and then pausing the project because they weren’t sure if they liked the color. To picking the flooring with samples on site and then not being sure if they liked the flooring after we purchased it and began to install it. He also failed to mention that his downstairs bathroom remodel had to turn into a full custom built shower and tiled surround because of the original plumbing of the house being routed down through a half wall that he insisted we remove and how we had to move the entire wall forward and did this upgrade at no cost to him at all. Yes this project experienced many delays and yes I do have employees who speak Spanish as their first language and English as their second language. Also at the end of the project they decided they wanted the lower level floored after originally deciding they didn’t have the budget to complete that flooring, which we offered to do at NO COST to them because of the delays experienced (many of which they contributed to). Also each time either of them had a concern we immediately came back and addressed any issue they had or expressed. It’s clear when you see multiple reviews, in fact all reviews, that give nothing but 5 star ratings and responses, and when we’ve been awarded Angi’s Super Service award, that this is nothing more than a frustrated client who wanted more work for free than we were willing to give and we simply had to say NO to eventually. This project has been completed for over a month and they just now decided to leave a negative review as we would not continue to return to do work for free when we had fully completed the agreed to scope of work and the clients signed off and made final payment."
"This one certainly had its challenges along the way but we never leave until the customer is 100% satisfied. Look forward to the next project for this family."
"Thank you!"
"Thank you [Member Name Removed]! Glad to hear you’re loving the bathroom."
