They were clean, neat and professonal. my bay window was installed in the cold month of November. they had the opening of the window when pulled out to immediately put new window in. The crew was just as friendly as our prior experience with Joyce family direct! I am now getting 3 more windows soon!

I had a very positive experience working with Joyce! I had 10 new windows installed on my porch and the installers Brain and Ryan did an excellent job! Everyone was very professional and helpful throughout the whole project from beginning with Jay R to the finished job with the customer care manager Kyle M. The Customer Service has been outstanding, and the quality of the work done was excellent. I highly recommend this company Joyce.

First, I’ll qualify this by saying that I am a very particular customer when it comes to home improvement projects. If I were rating on just my last experience, I would be giving five stars, but I’m only giving four because the original installation of my entry door was not done properly. There were several issues with the door alignment and functionality after the first install. I contacted the company and they sent a technician out to evaluate the door. He had to order a few parts and then returned at a later date to “correct” the issues. As the weather turned cold, I could feel a significant draft from the lockset all the way down to the floor and across to the hinged side. Again, I contacted the service department and another higher level tech was sent out. While he was unable to solve the problem, he also acknowledged that there definitely was a problem. The company ordered a new door frame and said that they would reinstall at my convenience. I opted to limp by through the winter and seal the drafts off as best I could. Once the weather broke this spring, a different crew was sent out to remove the old door frame and reinstall the new one properly and rehang the original door. While, I haven’t had cold enough weather to determine whether the problem is truly resolved or not, based on the operation and appearance of the door now, I do believe everything will be good. I think the true mark of a company in this space is far more than just great reviews the first time around. I think that their willingness to work through issues, recognize when they need to make things right and follow through to do so is just as important, if not more so. I would absolutely recommend giving them an opportunity to do work for you.

The entire transaction, from estimate meeting, to project progress updates, to installation was handled professionally and efficiently. I'm very happy with the entire process and the end result. The new exterior door is so much nicer than my old one. Mark and Adam were consummate professionals, and did a great job cleaning up when they were done with the install. They even accommodated my need to leave for a lunch date; got me on my way right on time.

I had Joyce factory take out my tub and enclosure and install a walk in shower. They did an excellent job and were very good at the clean up.

The shower is beautiful, the installer was fantastic. The salesman not so much. He convinced me I had mold and high humidity behind my walls but when the walls were down there was no humidity and no mold. Disappointed that he told me that .
