Since 1960 we have been providing professional sales and service in Northeast Ohio. Now on the third generation of ownership we are staying on the forefront of the industry through continuous education and training. "When I first bought my house in 2018 it was very outdated and needed a lot of flooring done. I went online and all of the reviews for Frederick's were reassuring that they would take good care of it. My services were preformed in late 2018. I'd like to say I had no problems with the installation or service of those who came to my house. They were professional and even admitted when they accidentally broke one of my windows and paid for it. My issues are with the business itself. There were a few mistakes with the vinyl flooring so my husband made a call to the store in 2019 (less than a year after the services.) After a few calls we finally were able to get Nick to come out to fix them. He fixed one mistake but said he didn't have the correct item to fix the other one. He told my husband he would call him the next day or later in the week. We never heard from him again.. I understand he is probably busy running the store so we tried to be understanding and starting calling the store again. We talked to Mickie several times and were told Nick would get back to us. He still has not.. My husband has continued calling and talked to other employees and still nothing. His call logs on his cell phone show he has called over ten times now. It is now 2020 and I've pretty much come to terms with the fact that my floor is not getting repaired.. Several months ago the carpet started bunching and needs to be re-stretched but I'm afraid to try calling back again. It's very upsetting. I would love to say I recommend them because the products themselves turned out lovely, but customer service matters."
