Bath Expo

Our new bathroom looks wonderful! Joe was our installer and he was awesome. He fixed any minor issues we had and came out as much as we needed. He did amazing work! We did have some hiccups along the way due to manufacturing issues. Our vanity top was damaged in the warehouse and had to be reordered. The glass for the shower took three weeks longer than expected to get to us. It was an inconvenience that we did not have a shower in our master bathroom for 12 weeks. The overall project was quoted for six day completion and ended up taking 13 weeks. Although we had issues, Bath Expo helped make it right with us and we truly appreciate it. They did offer concessions to us that helped with us being pleased with the project. We recommend their company for bathroom remodels.

My wife and I decided that we needed to convert our tub/shower in the bathroom to a “walk-in” shower. There are a plethora of ads on tv and in circulars for bath remodels, so after checking a few local companies we decided to call Bath Expo first. They have a display at a local Meijer which enabled us to see three model designs. This impressed us because the store is family owned and has a very good reputation in our community. We liked some features from each model, but wondered if they could be combined. Bob was our salesperson. He had years of experience in home remodeling mostly with a company we had used in the past for our patio with positive results. He explained the Bath Expo did not use subcontractors and that he would personally inspect the final results to make sure that he and we were satisfied. Most importantly, he answered all our questions to our satisfaction and ensured us that we could “mix and match” features from all “mock up” displays at the grocery store. A few we

Had shower installed over a year ago was very pleased with install and product. Recently had small issue and Silviu came out who was very friendly and knowledgeable. Evaluated situation and quickly resolved it leaving my shower looking like new. Very pleased.

From start to finish Jack set the expectations on what we?ll have. The sent me great updates on what was going on. The installers Danny and Anna exceeded expectations. They knew what they were doing answers all out questions and left us impressed. I would highly recommend them.

We have been totally satisfied with our experience with Bath Expo. From the people in the store, to our sales person Jack Wise. The installers were so efficient and respectful of our home. Jeff C. And Joe G were so careful of our home as the walked through doing their jobs. They cleaned everything up and left the house just as they found it. We would recommend Bath Expo to all that are interested in remodeling their bathroom.

Ed and Jim were our installers and did a fantastic job on our new shower. They were very professional and answered any questions that we had. It only took 2 days to finish. Would highly recommend them.

Bernard just installed a shower for me and it looks fantastic! Everything was cleaned up after each day's work. He communicated as the project progressed and sought my input where needed. Great job and very quick!

We are very happy with the final product. There were some issues along the way. Had to have a few follow up visits to go over things and they did have to send someone back out to finish to our expectations. However, once that was completed we couldn’t be happier!

Ed came to replace a defective piece of glass in a shower that they recently remodeled. I was concerned that the replacement installation might not look as good as the initial one but it came out perfect. Ed did a great job.

went from tub to walk in shower sub floor had to be replaced new toilet vanity sink and fixtures new flooring. Nick and his team very respectful and professional answered any questions in a way we could understand high quality workmenship. priced reasonable William the salesman very nice he didn't pressure us at all. highly recommend the.

Silviu did an excellent job tearing out our old bathtub, & installing our beautiful new shower! He had to run to a hardware store, early on because of how old our house is, to match the fittings, & did an excellent job matching them up! He kept me updated throughout the process, & asked me pertinent questions along the way! He, & his partner Tommy were great to work with, & cleaned up well after themselves! The new shower is better than I expected…& I was expecting a lot…Awesome job guys! I would highly recommend Bath Expo for any future bathroom project needs! Thanks guys!
