"When I tell you these guys are pros, they are pros. I love having referrals instead of big companies and Sandman was one of the best referrals we've ever had. They have done two of our floors and both look amazing. The first floor was a re-finish of an existing floor and the other was tearing out the entire floor and starting from the floorboards. Their process is fantastic and they usually finish one floor in about 4 days. They are also great at communication and John let's you know where you are at in the process at all times. If you want your hardwood floor done right, this is the company you want to do it. If we ever need our floors done again, I will be calling them out. On top of their great work, they are extremely nice, polite, and they will let you know when they need something. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!"

He was more reasonably priced than local competitors and within our 45 minute conversation with him we knew he had the experience to do the job right. Ken and his team were in within a week. The team sanded down the bevel of our pre-finished existing hardwood floors and laced them in with the new hardwood that they installed in the kitchen, pantry and dining room.
