Great customer service and very nice salesman Cory

Yes, they did an excellent job. The only hitch was in a purchased faucet handle for the shower. It was missing screws, so someone had to come back two days later to install the handle. Otherwise, quick and beautiful job completed in one day.

horrible terrible what a mess they made of our entire house the workers never masked off the rooms they had been working in and drywall dusk and sawdust went thru the entire home. Everything was done wrong the shower head is not centered the new flooring after the wrong color was put in the first day and had to be redone because Rex the salesman is a horrible salesmen that claims he pushed the wrong buttons for colors ... Second time the installers put in the floor did not go to the tub and they put shower walls on the floor as trim to hide their f up OMG these guys are brainless. Screws missing from the shelving... half of the tub items are not caulked the subfloor they put holes in then tried to cover it up poorly. I am currently talking to a lawyer these people destroyed my home and the bathroom is a JOKE.

I would recommend this company to do any home improvement they provide. Zach and Rath was wonderful to work with. They were polite and courteous, answered all my questions, they were on time and never stop until the project was complete to my satisfaction. They did not even take a lunch break.

I am very pleased with the job Steven, Zack and Dan did in my bathroom. The change is to surprise you. Steven, Zack and Dan were very respectful and kind. They updated me every time they were going to start work. They were very professional and punctual. The work was done in one day with wonderful results. I can recommend all three of them, if you want a job well done and on time. Thanks to Steven,Zack and Dan, I have a comfortable and accessible shower, especially for my sister who has very specific health conditions. They treated her with respect and made sure that the bathroom accessories were within her reach. I definitely hire them after. Thanks guys.

The first shower West Shore Home installed was 2 inches narrower than the tub it replaced, leaving only 27" inside the shower. It was installed in February of 2024 by a team from Indianapolis who was assigned to the Cleveland office for a week. No one from the Cleveland office came during the installation to inspect the work. My follow-up contacts with the Cleveland sales manager were completely unsatisfactory - he claimed that was the correct shower and misrepresented several things to support his claim. Thankfully, when I described the problem in a detailed review to the company the home office responded immediately and arranged for a complete redo to have the correct size shower installed. I am very pleased with the final result. The customer service of the Cleveland sales manager was completely unsatisfactory. If you are going to work with the Cleveland office I highly recommend that you have them show you exactly what size your new shower will be BEFORE you sign the contract. If you want to be extra careful, have them print out the full contract and go over each of the measurements with you to make sure your new shower is what you want. Unbeknownst to me, the Cleveland office was having staffing issues during the time of my first installation. Hopefully these problems will be resolved soon.

This company told me when the installers would be here, and they were on time. Professional from start to finish. Jon and Jeff were exceptional and explained everything from start to finish.

Everything stated by the company was exactly as we were told. They were on time and did a geat job on the installation. Dallas and Dan explained everything they were going to do with the installation. They were bot very courteous. The salesperson Alex Trager was very knowlegable about the product.

I am very happy with my new shower. Takesha and John D. Were amazing. Takessha walked me through everything that they were going to do, take out tub, remove all tile and drywall.I had a drain pipe, that ran along my tub on the outside wall. We worked it out that, Takesha would have to pack out the wall a extra 21/2, to make it all work. Takesha and John really impressed me., they were amazing. They were super clean and coved everything. I am so very happy with there work and how sweet they both were. Thanks again Takesha and John D. And West Shore home
