"Chris was prompt, courteous, and professional. He kept me updated on his progress and when he realized the requested repairs were going to take longer than what his office had estimated he explained the situation and made sure that I understand what he was doing and why my repairs were more involved than expected. I was working at home during the repair and he was nice enough to make sure that he left the circuit for my PC on so that I could continue to work. Our panel is original to our 1979 home so it's not up to current code in its design but Chris was able to make most of the requested changes. The breaker controlling the furnace was buzzing and he is coming back to install it today since he didn't have one on his truck - they are only charging for the part and not the extra stop or installation time.Now I understand why Waibel Electric has such outstanding ratings! I highly recommend them.
