After planting two trees in one spot and they kept dying (while all the trees around them flourished), we thought we’d call “the professionals.” James and Arborist Solutions LLC had no problems charging $478 for a single tree and promising a 5 year warranty and “care plan”. Fast forward to 6 months later, the tree also died. We contacted James in April 25, 2022. April 27, 2022, he stated they would replace the tree. After numerous texts back and forth, and numerous, “I’ll get you on the schedule”, he has stopped responding to texts and has ghosted us. It’s been two and a half months since he promised to replace the tree and nothing has happened. We did the work he promised ourselves. Their warranty promise is useless and we couldn’t imagine the stress of hiring James and Arborist Solutions LLC for larger projects since they can’t manage a single tree project. In case they conveniently, "don't have any record" of us like some of the other 1 star reviews, I've attached the invoice.

James and Mack did a great job! James is very knowledgable about tree and shrub care, and he was meticulous about shearing the arborvitae. I was very pleased with their work.

The cutting of the tree went well and James and his crew went above the original scope of work. Very professional and kept in touch while waiting to have me on their schedule.

Promptly shows up at a the agreed time. Trimmed multiple trees and removed some small trees/bushes. Left everything clean, hauled away all trimmings.

Arborist Solutions did an excellent job on a difficult tree removal. It was an overgrown ailanthus just feet from the foundation, overhanging the roof and growing into overhead lines. The wood was dense and heavy despite being weak. They managed to get all of it out through a narrow gate and without disturbing the overhead wires or roof. They also scheduled the work quickly. Highly recommended.

We were impressed with Arborist Solutions from start to finish. James was so knowledgable about types of trees, what helps them to thrive and what can cause stress or damage to them. We felt that his price, though not our lowest estimate, was very fair, and we trusted that the work would be done well. We were not disappointed. His company stayed in close communication with us as to when they would give an estimate, grind the tree stump, and trim the trees. The work was excellent and the clean up superb. This is a company that we will recommend to any friends and will plan to call in the future when we need work done.

James returned my call the same day as my request. We were in a real time bind with having pictures taken and putting our house in the market for sale. He came in 2 days and did a magnificent job. All the branches were trimmed from off the top of our 2 story house. They arrived on time and cleaned everything up. James is very professional and would use him again. The realtor also wanted his card. Excellent, excellent!

I was surprised how quick they worked on taking the trees down. Cleaned up as if they were never there. I went to work and the trees were done, fantastic job, well done. Would rehire them and recommend them to everyone. Very fair pricing

The service was great! James was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain our options and the process to remove our two trees and then trim and support the larger tree in our front yard. He and his assistant Mack did an excellent job cleaning up the mess from removing the two trees in our backyard too. I'd definitely hire them again.

Wonderful job! Very pleased with the outcome. James is very competent, responsible, and respectful. He and his sidekick, Mac, work well together and do an excellent job. They are proud of the work they do and it shows. I will miss having them around. Definitely recommend.

They were awesome! James is so cool and you can tell he cares about the trees. He climbs the tree with ropes and was harnessed in. Overall very professional.

Arborist Solutions is a very knowledgeable, top notch company. Very professional, I didn't have to worry at all. The work that was done was completed in a timely manner and the job site was completely cleaned after they were done. James also gave us great advice for future projects. I definitely recommend Arborist Solutions and will be using them in the future.

Took advantage of their Angie's List deal, we wanted to get a headstart on our lawn care. James and his assistant arrived on 4/15/2020. They shaped several large bushes as well as my hedges. They also treated my hedges for insect infestation. They kept us informed throughout the day as they worked on the shrubbery. We were pleased with the outcome and would use they again.

Quick response, good communication, professional job

Excellent experience. Lightening fast initial reply to request and proposal submitted. Work was completed 2 days after initial contact. The workers arrived promptly at the time of appointment and completely cleared away all trees, twigs, shrubs, and vines that were removed from the property. The cleanup of debris was so complete that you can't even tell that they were there! Price was very reasonable. I highly recommend that you hire this firm.

James did a great job!! The overall experience from James coming out for the initial quote through him performing the work was as smooth as possible! James was very nice and professional and has great knowledge of his craft. I definitely recommend Arbor Solutions and would hire again!

James and his team were very fast on the job, and responsive to emails/texts, which made scheduling quick and easy. They also did a good job cleaning up the site afterwards.

Arborist Solutions came out to the house yesterday and did some major work on our trees. They did the coolest thing for us! Instead of totally removing our non-native Norway Maple, they killed the tree and left the trunk. Said it would be good for 10 years and be a haven for bugs and woodpeckers. I think the neighbor will be happy with that solution too because that where he hangs the other half of the hammock! We need to have more backyard solutions like this to provide some habitat for the critters that are quickly losing ground. Highly recommend Arborist Solutions. They are hard working knowledgeable and friendly.

James did an excellent job. I had never been able to get a breeze in my backyard. Others had wanted to cut trees down, but he trimmed them so that you do not notice the loss of trees but now I have more light and air in a small yard in German Village. He is very knowledgeable about trees and shrubs. I highly recommend James!
