The entire team at Ohio Exteriors was amazing to work with. The owner and lead field tech communicated with us all along the way and was very patient with our questions. I was particularly impressed with their attention to detail and the care taken to make sure that we were satisfied. The team promptly took care of any issue that we made them aware of. They were also very gracious about taking care of an issue that was actually our fault. It is evident that Ohio Exteriors cares about the satisfaction of their customers. This is the second time we have used them and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Our salesperson (Bill) was excellent. We were comfortable with his knowledge and his willingness to accommodate our different design ideas. The office manager (Renee) was terrific. She was very friendly to work with and always very responsive to our inquiries. We also enjoyed working with the job foreman (Greg). He was very communicative and we really felt like he treated the project as if it were his own house. Finally, the owner (James) was terrific to work with. Yes, he's the owner, and yes you expect him to eventually make sure that a quality product is delivered, but he did all of that and more. He really took ownership of everyone else's work and made sure we were happy with the end product. Plus, he's just a fun guy to work with!

Ohio Exteriors completed a three-season room that met all of our expectations. The office staff was responsive, and they provided a custom design that met our needs, particularly with the window options and slope of the roofline. The crew paid attention to details and adjusted well to the challenges that popped up along the way. The work was completed in a timely manner, and the site was kept clean throughout the project.

They were an amazing crew. From the office staff, to Bruce our sales rep to the workers that completed the job. They did everything professionally and appropriately. They solved problems when they arose and made sure the job was done correctly. We appreciate all of their hard work!

Ohio Exteriors performed an excellent job on our house built in 1983 that we just purchased in July. They removed 2 layers of old shingles and installed a new roof and gutters and put up new shake siding on the front to fix rotting wood. We are very pleased with the work and have received numerous compliments from out neighbors.

Jim, the owner of Ohio Exteriors LLC, has set up the company to be really responsive to customers. The sales rep discussed possible ways and costs to do the room upgrade, the office staff were attentive and really cared about the project, the site supervisors were there nearly every day, answered my questions, and fixed little issues before they became problems, and Jim came to the site on more than one occasion to make sure I was satisfied and everything was ok. He took notes on things that needed to be done and made sure they were all completed. Any big project has setbacks and this did, too. The manufacturer made some of the unique shaped windows the wrong size and a big box store delivered the wrong screen door and broke an item in delivery. Ohio Exteriors resolved the problems and apologized for the delays, even though they weren't their fault. I wanted specific things--trim around the interior windows and a unique paint color, that they handled just the way I wanted. The quality of work was superior and the whole family is very happy with the results. I would hire Ohio Exteriors again.

We are very happy with how our porch turned out. Todd and his team were very responsive and we could tell that they wanted us to be happy with the finished product. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because there were issues that arose during construction that could have been avoided with a little more attention to detail. For example, one of the posts was installed incorrectly, which resulted in the roof frame being off center. However, once we pointed this out to Todd, he augmented the roof to make the issue all but unnoticeable.

Ohio exterior handled our siding job and did a fantastic job! We had new vynel put on our very old home (1930s build) and it looks great! They were very responsive and flexible with scheduling. The job was completed within a week of the start date. They were thorough and handled all of the details for us. We had a great experience working with their team!

I was pleased with their service. They completed the work in a timely fashion. The crew was respectful and easy to communicate with. The few touch-ups we needed at the end were completed within a week.

We picked the right people to design and build our new four-season room. We wanted to save an upstairs window but didn't want a shed roof design. Others said they could not save the window with the design we wanted. Ohio Exteriors LLC. said they could custom design and build the roof to save our window. Our plan was to build the addition as if it as part of the original house. Ohio Exteriors LLC. did a good job in meeting our goal. Renee kept the project moving with very little down time. Todd kept a tight handle on keeping the materials and subcontractors coming in a timely matter. Derrick was the project foremen and was on the job nearly every day. He was definitely the kind of person you would want to lead a project like ours. He seemed to be able to do just about anything. He was very approachable and would stop anything he was doing to answer our questions about our project. Everyone including subcontractors did a professional job and cleaned up every night. OHIO EXTERIORS came out and gave me a a very fair quote, and made sure accommodate my concerns. One of my main worries was my new concrete driveway which they made sure to cover up. I didn't want any oil spills on it and I was also worried about my driveway being cracked which they assured me that would not happen due to nothing was heavy enough that they were pulling into my driveway to cause any damage! The crew arrived at 5:00 a.m. which kind of surprised me since I was told they wouldn't get there till 6:00 but I didn't care I was glad to see that they were ready to go. They worked all day long not only did they tear off the existing roof they put a new one on on one day. I was also very happy with the clean up there was no extra nails left laying around in my driveway and they were careful to cover up my deck out back that's fairly new only 1-year-old composite flooring!!! Overall I'm pretty happy and definitely recommend them.

My experience with Ohio Exteriors went really well. I had some siding that was blown off by high winds in the area. Bruce, sat down with me and went over options and was generally very responsive. He went above and beyond with my insurance company to make sure that I got paid out was was needed to make me whole after getting low balled by my insurance company repeatedly. It ended up being a whole house siding, fascia, and gutters replacement. Which once started was done in a matter of days and looks great. Very happy I made the choice to go with them.

We were very happy with the craftsmanship and final project. It did take a little longer than expected due to staffing issues, but overall I would recommend this company due to quality of products, finished project, and a beautiful new three season room!

Ohio Exteriors was wonderful to work with and did a great job. Communication, follow through and the quality of work were all impressive. We had our siding and trim, gutters and a back door replaced. The work was completed on time and the crews inside and outside our house were respectful and the job site was organized and well managed. We’ve done a lot of home renovations so have worked with several companies in the past and I was very impressed with Ohio Exteriors and I would absolutely recommend them and use them again. Their customer service and work provided were excellent.

I could not be happier with the work that Ohio Exteriors completed on my new (to me) home. The crew assigned to my job was friendly and efficient. There was a lot of peeling paint and little pieces of wood and I cannot believe how thoroughly they were able to clean it all up! When I noted a few things that needed fixed or adjusted, they were quick to make those fixes. I worked with Bruce to design my home's new look and he knocked it out of the park. He is a visionary and an artist. I am so happy with how my house turned out!

Our experience with Ohio Exteriors has been terrific. From start to finish we couldn't be more pleased. First, the project was started earlier than we anticipated, which was a very pleasant surprise. Second, the workers were very skilled and left everyday with the site completely cleaned up and materials neatly stacked or put away. Ohio Exteriors did a wonderful job on my roof. It took them less than a day to complete the job, and Bruce was extremely helpful in dealing with my insurance company. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in search of a roofer.

They gave me an estimate to sheath the garage with OSB which would give it so much more strength and quiet it, wrap it so now I don't have all the air leaks, side it in a color that goes well with the siding on my house, add mounts for the lights I will add soon and seal my overhead doorway. They made sure to cover things I would have missed. Once I heard everything they were planning to cover, I knew I couldn't ask for any better. They had the old siding off and everything completed in no time. I would recommend them for any siding job! While standing in it once they were finished, it was quiet and draft free which it has never been before.
