"We decided to switch out our Electric furnace with a Gas system. After doing research and getting 7 estimate we went with Westin. We really liked the fact they were a family run business and their prices were very competitive! They suggested a plummer, Tom Rubel, and after getting a number of estimates we went with him. So glad we did!. From start to finish the whole experience went smoothly. Laura, in the office, helped get the paperwork together so all the credits and rebates were completed. We even qualified for a 15 month interest free loan from Fifth Third. We do not have enough good things to say about Wes and his team! No subcontracting.

"They did a great job replacing Control 4 light switches with 3-way and 4-way toggle switches. Due to the way the Control 4 switches were installed it took them a little longer than planned to get the new toggle switches installed, they only charged me the original quote. Very friendly and courteous. Definitely would hire them again"

"We needed some network cables run and Techhelp4You did an excellent job. Very professional. We ran into an issue with the network cabling route through the ceiling and another option was offered and the job finished. Was very reasonably priced and definitely would hire again."

Subcontractors questions, answered by experts

Universal design is a design concept that states that products, spaces, and general environments are designed to be used by everyone, with an emphasis on accessibility for those with limited mobility or other special needs.

Costs vary depending on project complexity and scope. Architects generally charge a percentage of the total budget or an hourly rate for their services.

While it’s never too early to start planning for a major home improvement project like a home addition, give yourself at least a month or two to plan and design your addition, find a contractor, and get the permits in order. For larger projects like a second-story addition that require designing with an architect, plan on three to four months of preparation.

Expect excavation below grade, creating a well for access, weatherproofing, and thorough inspections during setup.

Dark academia is more of an interior decorating style than it is a type of architecture, but it calls on themes prevalent in gothic architecture. Part of the appeal of dark academia is that you can achieve the look and feel without renovating or remodeling your home. Instead, you can switch to a dark color palette and introduce metal, natural wood furniture, plaid decor, old books, and gothic decor to get the look and feel just right.
