When Dave came out to quote me a price for my bathroom remodel. He showed up and gave me a fair and reasonable price. He started the work within a couple days. Assisted me in all the details of what would make it real stand out and look good. He is easy to talk to and listens to what you are trying to accomplish when remodeling. The work was completed in a timely manner. I have had him come out and help with replacing a vanity in my other bathroom. Anytime I have a remodel project that needs done the first person I reach out to is Dave. He gets back within a couple hours. The project gets complete.

Ryan Maintenance & Remodel was the right fit for my style and budget on a major multi- phase home renovation. Dave brought great ideas to the table and helped me make good decisions on where to save and where to invest to get the modern scandi look I wanted. We started with a smaller project in Phase 1 and can’t wait to get started with the biggie in Phase 2.

Although it took longer than any of us expected… They stood behind their work 100%! They did an entire condo remodel… And it is beautiful!

We hired Ryan Remodeling to open up our kitchen and living area by removing a load bearing wall which involved installing a large beam to hold up the house and moving electrical. From start to finish, Dave was a pleasure to work with. This project is the start of a kitchen remodel that we want to do ourselves and he was willing to work with us to complete the structural part but was still happy to provide suggestions for our DIY portion. While other contractors took weeks to get us an estimate, his came in the same day. He went through all the options, answered all our questions and it is clear that he is very knowledgeable in construction. Dave and his crew were very professional, punctual, did exactly what they said they were going to do. Dave was there every day to check on the progress, the quality of the work was top notch, and they got the job done quickly. We would hire them again without hesitation.

It was excellent. He was attention to detail. The subcontractor he hired up was superb. The actual cost I paid compared to his estimate was very good.

I contacted Dave and his team for a full bathroom remodel. We decided to knock down a wall between adjacent bathrooms and create a large single bathroom. Dave was patient, thoughtful, listened to my ideas, and ultimately created a beautiful space that looks like it came from a magazine. He kept us updated as to when different specialists would be arriving and was considerate in regards to our time as we are both night shift workers. Dave was transparent with the financial aspect of the remodel and kept us updated on where our money was going. He was flexible with payments and even suggested ways in which we could cut costs. All in all, I will be contacting Dave when it comes time to redo our kitchen in a few years!

Their work was exceptional. From the prompt and transparent communication during the design review and pricing phases to the completed product, the process & product exceeded our expectations. Extremely poor service and did not fulfill contract. Hired for 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms remodel. This company has indicated they will not finish the crown molding on the vanity in the master bathroom. Contractor dumped extra plaster in my flowerbeds, damaged my new kitchen ceiling and did not repair properly, installed shower fixtures in BOTH baths our of alignment, took a drawer from my master vanity home with them (I had to call to get it back), over 50% of of garbage/waste left for me to clean up, cut at least 8 holes in my basement, and left uncovered wires hanging from basement ceiling after they cut holes in that ceiling. No project management done at all, at any phase of the project. I did all management of their contractors myself. Two outcomes is what I am seeking. First ,I would like them to finish the job, which includes picking up the rest of their garbage, painting properly (including kitchen ceiling due to the damage they caused), make master bathroom wheelchair accessible, planned from the beginning, but did not happen due to poor planning, installing crown molding on master vanity, aligning spare bathroom hardware and tile properly, and installing barn door into master bath. I could have someone else finish this job for around $3000 I think.
