"We recently remodeled a 100 year-old Craftsman home. We initially discussed the project with Mose Troyer and were very impressed with his knowledge and advice. The project required replacing and replicating a considerable amount of the woodwork. Mose also modified the existing Shaker kitchen cabinets. Modifications included building new cabinets to match the existing ones. He also adjusted several cabinets while maintaining the original look of the cabinetry. Mose also completely built an entire wall of pantry cabinets in the Shaker style. He installed new baseboards and window trim. He rebuilt and repaired existing window trim in several other rooms. Mose integrated the repairs to the point that after painting no one could discern that the sill had been repaired. His work was flawless. In addition, he walled off a doorway and built a bookcase with enclosed shelves in the lower half. He installed 10 new doors with hardware in line with the original style of the home. He also installed two barn doors with hardware. He is conscientious and easy to work with. Without his creativity and craftsmanship the project would never have been as successful and we’re thrilled with the results. Without reservation, we highly recommend Mose for cabinetry/carpentry work."

"We purchased a replacement gas stove from Jack's.   Took about 2 weeks for delivery, which matched what they told us.  The sales person was informative and low pressure.  So much information is available on the web that we had only some clarifying questions for him.  It took about a week for us to be ready for installation after delivery.   After we got it installed, we realized that all the parts and accessories that are normally shipped inside the oven (burner grates and caps, etc.) were missing.  When I called Jack's, after a brief scratching of the head, they  had the parts shipped directly to us from the factory within two days.   And, even later, I figured out that a temperature probe was also supposed to be in the original delivery.  Another call to Jack's and another package from the factory.  No problem.  Strange situation caused by a factory problem, but Jack's reacted very well.

We really liked the fact they were a family run business and their prices were very competitive! They suggested a plummer, Tom Rubel, and after getting a number of estimates we went with him. So glad we did!. From start to finish the whole experience went smoothly. Laura, in the office, helped get the paperwork together so all the credits and rebates were completed. We even qualified for a 15 month interest free loan from Fifth Third. We do not have enough good things to say about Wes and his team! No subcontracting.

Due to the way the Control 4 switches were installed it took them a little longer than planned to get the new toggle switches installed, they only charged me the original quote. Very friendly and courteous. Definitely would hire them again"
