"Hired Greg for a full gut and remodel of a bathroom. Greg was very competent, personable, and took the time to understand exactly what we wanted. He made us feel like we were in good hands. "We interviewed and took bids from eight different contractors for our kitchen renovation. What impressed us immediately about David was his interest in the project and his suggestions for how to coordinate the finishes into a cohesive design. He paid attention to the details. Then his estimate came in and it was excellent. Not only that, but the work timeline was by far the shortest. Once the project began, we saw how organized and efficient the company was with their work schedule. Our neighbors approached us in the hallways to tell us how courteous and friendly his work crew was. This was our first major apartment renovation in a co-op building, so we were plenty nervous. David was calm and steady throughout the process. Whenever we had a question, he was available, and got us the answer. He was attentive to any request we had in order to have the project finished to our expectations. As with any major project, issues did arise, but David was very responsive and dealt with all of them to our satisfaction. He also accommodated issues that arose with materials, etc. which were not his responsibility. He found solutions for us that exceeded our expectations. At the end of the day, we wanted communication, thoughtfulness, and trust from a potential contractor. David delivered on all those points. As we enjoy our new kitchen each and every day we feel fortunate that we settled on Mayanda. We look forward to sprucing up our bathroom with his help."

"Nunez construction was extremely professional and reliable. I've hired them for painting and other cosmetic repairs on several occasions and was always pleased with the results. They work faster than many other GCs. I would recommend to anyone looking for a home refresh"

"George and the Elite Tech team were always on-time and met scheduling expectations. The cost might be a bit of a premium, but the payoff is that the project(s) were done in a very timely manner which was of most importance to me. Also, the quality and craftsmanship was high. I've received multiple positive comments that the masonry work for the ductless A/C was very high quality."

"RH Construction USA, Inc did an excellent job of managing our recent kitchen refacing. He accompanied us to see how cabinetry and counter tops were made, and assisted us in choosing the most appropriate products. Thank you!"

"I had to do a full bathroom gut and redo my kitchen floors and backsplash while saving my cabinets and appliances. Mario walked me through the proposed work and was very responsive with my co-op paperwork. When Alfredo and his team came, they followed all my building’s rules: allowed work times, access areas, protecting lobby floors and waste removal. Alfredo is extremely knowledgeable and was happy to go over all my concerns during the work. He washers everyday to oversee the team along with personally doing the work himself. I would rehire and recommend to all my friends and family!"

"I have used Ryan Victor on multiple projects from full kitchen and bath remodeling, painting and a variety of plumbing and general repairs. They are always quick to respond and easy to work with and the price is fair"
